    I found it really hard to keep up With the breathing ! Vers challenging, I did what I could but felt amazing afterwards anyways ! Thanks Caley 💛

      @@CaleyAlyssa I use a Zen technique to flow the dao from toe-tips thru forehead, holding a restful space in harmony
