      Ya eat hot peppers it will help eye problems and you can end up with digestive/cancer illness. Nice one😂

      @@peterwebb725bell peppers are not the same as hot peppers, whether fresh or processed. They’re very different. You’re way off base, like on another planet.
      These are suggestions. Not everyone likes all of these foods. We can substitute another if we prefer, or eat some of them.
      They explain the vitamins and the reason why they help the eyes. There are other foods that can also help provide what they’re describing.

      Everyone needs to be careful on what you eat, where it comes from and how many chemicals are involved, Carrots are great for the Eyes. You can't believe everything anyone is talking about, this is how bad information gets around, is listening to people that are spreading bad rumors. Think about it..... Our food was good until certain people got involved and turned everything upside down that the the Good is Bad, and vice versa. Make sure you know where your vegetables are coming from and ask questions for your own sake of the truth 😊
