My ignitor wasnt working and i was about repace the whole ignitor unit and wires but I just bought a $20 ignitor button from Amazon. Works like brand new.

Contact customer service and tell them what’s going on. They will send you the parts for free. I’ve contacted them several times and they always come thru.

A little rubbing alcohol on the cap was the trick for me. Thank you for the motivation to further troubleshoot past the battery replacement.

Well I'll be dipped. Same grill, same issue. Checked the battery cap and had slight corrosion. Cleaned it up with rubbing alcohol and bam!
