One tip when polishing aluminum with wire wheels/Dremel bits; always use brass brushes instead of steel. Not only Nia brass less aggressive and won’t bite into the aluminum as bad but steel brushes are more likely to deposit iron particles into the aluminum which will cause it to blacken or corrode much sooner. Bead blasting after, reduces this issue.
