Yes but, I thought of how about a layer of a fire proof insulation at the lower side of the bed, in case of a defect of the Lithium batteries setting the bed into flames a little later?
(By chance within two minutes found this one, I am sorry:
'Avoid storing lithium-ion batteries together and keep a distance of at least 2 feet between them. This reduces the chances of fires happening. And store the batteries away from anything that can catch fire easily, like flammable materials. Be careful when charging lithium-ion batteries.')

Steve's builds are getting better. This is a beauty, and considering the small wheel base it looks spacious.
Thank you very much. This was the lost episode, we filmed this back in March of this year. He has since now become RVIA certified and builds up and above the RV industry standards.
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures When I have a van built he is very high up on my list of builders, esp since he's local to the Seaside NJ area.
I bought my first van this passed Oct (2021 Pleasure Way Ontour 2.2) and having a blast with it but for my 2nd or 3rd van it will definitely need to be fully customized to our needs now that we know what we need and do not need.
I don't watch that many channels on here but love what you do and your passion for the camping community. Wishing you continued success in 2024!

@@nomadrvs I love the split in the back with the bed it's more airy and not cluttered, I also love the no black tank situation, the fridge is placed in a good spot, good amount of counter space about it and useable.yes love this build,

This one was a great build. Love the open access to back. Also very nice is the double cabinet under one of the beds, protecting the electrical grid - very nice feature.

@@nomadrvs We have the exact van, about to get it built out. Love the dinette layout and the long storage drawer out back. The front of the cab is really opened up with the swivel seats. Beautiful job!

Wish they built custom Vans in Canada. It is too expensive to purchase in US dollars.

$57,500 as is, as of today. Price goes up if you add a rack and awning or other items etc.
Shame you cant find sprinter type vans that dont require selling a kidney nowdays. Yet another luxury for the rich

Your channel seems more like a commercial for van builders these days. I’m gonna have to unsub, I’m tired of watching all these pro builds
Watching these pro builds give me many ideas and possible options for a DIY build.
Many my viewers, find value in watching the pro builds because they got ideas for their DIY builds, don’t be so dramatic. It is the same reason why people watch DIY shows on TVs to get ideas and to learn things so they can apply them on their own projects.
