@@DerekDavis213 The decision ultimately comes down to price vs wanting latest changes. Deals for inventory MYs might get better throughout the year so if you're able to save like $10k-$20k+ on the current MY, then that could be worth it rather than waiting for the new one. Remember that the new one will NOT have any incentives (maybe will have federal tax credit if that's still around) so it will be regular MSRP and will most likely have multiple price increases in a short amount of time once released.
Welcome to the Model Y family :) Don't forget to be financially responsible and not blow the saved money on like, a boat or something. You can make a lot of gains with interest rate arbitrage, just put the money you'd have spent towards the Y in an HYSA or something and set up autopay, you'll get paid for the interest rate difference. Lots of HYSAs do 4.5% or better.
I saw the deal last week, we did demo drive last Sunday. Told the rep what configuration we wanted, they had one on the lot brand new. We bought it, picked it up yesterday in the 0.99% club
such good deal! Tesla used to have 0% APR plan for 60months in my country, now it's gone :(
Financing is so cheap because lots of *unsold* Model Y's, and a new model is coming in the near future. People are waiting for that.
It’s a really good deal
@@ITSEPICVIPER Model 3 Highland is much improved over the 2023 version.
What if the new Model Y is also a huge improvement? Better to wait, right?
@@DerekDavis213nah because the refresh won’t qualify for the federal rebate.
@@JustkickinitG I would rather have a new and MUCH better Model Y than the small federal rebate. Model Y for sale today is the *tired* *old* *model* .

Congrats 🎊
U didn’t even order tf was the point of this video?
I did order it but ima make a video picking it up
The title made me think he’d show the actual order process start to finish.
@@1pt21gw ima make another video on that because since the model I order is back ordered doesn’t give me the option
