Ok, I have the following problem that has been driving me nuts: I have 2 laptops [A (Windows 7) and B (Windows 10)] and a phone [P (Android)]. So I can access both laptops with P no problem. A can access B, but B cannot access A even with the right PIN and everything. It only shares the screen by accessing A with my phone first to generate the sharing code. But not directly by just selecting the remote computer. WTF?!!

You most likely do not have Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro. Unfortunately Windows 10/11 Pro is required to access Remote Desktop.

You would have to port forward. That involves messing with router settings. I assume you figured it out by now, though.

My problem is that the connection happen but in middle of work show msgbox of reconnecting then it's disconnect?
