You said you don't like Nikon colour.. may be but I can describe it positively as I have Nikon D3500 and recently brought A6400 with 18-135 and Sigma 1.4 30mm lens. I found the Nikon is still best, cheap, easy to use, more accurate picture when its comes to still photography. I found its best and value for money in terms of still photo. However A6400 is a superman when 4K video and dinamic range, details are considered. So if anyone who only need a camera for photography and in lower budget, I would still recommend Nikon DSLR cameras like D3500 or D5600 or FX for professionals. All cameras has its own pros and cons and the buyer should understand the exact requirements what his/her exact requirements. No camera is perfect just because it has more features or its costly. Also there is other factors like accesories and lens prices. How much you can invest and how long you use this. All these factors matters buying a camera... Dont be fool by youtube reviews, understand your requirements or ready for a regret.

I m a sony user and i used most of the sonya6 series crop sensor cameras and also some full cameras of sonya7 series like the mark ii , iii and iv they all have there own pros and cons so i think it depends on the buyer requirements and also lemme tell you that as he said in the beginning that he don't consider nikkon in his list not a big deal but i wanna let the world know that nikkon z 6 , 6 ii , f has the potential to stand high in the market... you can go for nikkon as well but as i said earlier it depends on the buyer requirements ..
