    Good video! accepting your own limitation but focusing on good technic is the way to go. Most coaching videos don't address that.

    Thanks for sharing your toughts! For me it gets more power/ watt over time when I stretch out in top and extend in the botten, I guess not for you😅

    Thanks for the effort but I don't think this guy has even been on cross-country skis. The feet are only fixed at the toes and the heels go up and down all the time.

      Overall his form is good, I’ve seen people squatting at the bottom of the stroke to get a longer reach

      I think allso hes not xperties of xcoutry, BUT he tells actually quite simple the basic technik nd i mean for the starters at the gym, quite clear, simple nd good way to show for explation,, but when xcountry skier come to skiergo 😉 it ll be little bit hmm, different😉 good video🙏👍 absolutely
