Great video! I just completed hyrox houston and I did a 1000 meter ski erg at 4:33. I'm trying to get faster. I set the damper on 6 but I think I would do better at 7/8. Your video was really great. I'll try to improve with your tips
Really interesting video, thank you. I've seen some of the crossfit guys using a butterfly technique, is this more efficient? Or are they doing it to stop the shoulders blowing out?
I love this machine but, I now workout at home. Is there a copy cat movement that would do the same workout as this machine? Or an inexpensive home version of this machine? I just started in CrossFit and love your videos.
Elbow tip was a really good one! Going to concentrate on that one. I think naturally we extend that out. Also going to work on longer workouts so will slow the recovery back to the top. Thanks for these.

Great stuff, this is the toughest exercise for me in Hyrox...this will be helpful :)
All good suggestions - the keep it going for the 10 mim stretch was the one for me - build stamina

Great advice throughout! When are you doing more as I really enjoy your uploads 👍
Omg! I tried it today with my arms straight and they hurt 😞 thanks for tips. Should have watched video first lol

Great tips. I was definitely rushing the return and also locking my elbows (triceps were toast after a few minutes). Going to try these tips today.

Nice video, my man. Helps a lot and I definitely felt better using the machine. Also, subscribed!
Glad you liked the video and welcome to the fam!
Would this produce a good ab workout? Thanks!
It can help build muscular endurance with your abs, but it wouldn't help build size or ab strength.
