Hi Carl! There's been a lot of movement within the state of California as well as without thanks to private investors (big corporations). A lot of people living closer to San Francisco are moving into the Sacramento area filling the spaces where the Sacramento people have left. We did a video on big name investors buying up properties a while back.
That's a good question, Carl! The National Ass'n of Realtors recently reported that China and Canada are the largest buyers from outside our country. So that's probably some of it. Some of it is probably people moving out of the centers of population to the suburbs or smaller towns. And those in the suburbs and towns are moving out to other states. It looks like the conservatives are moving to Idaho!!
@@carlatamanczyk3891 I'm very sure of that, Carl. I think that conservatives have been moving here and kind of kept under the radar. But when the 'rona hit, and the craziness was happening all around the country and some of it happening here, those conservatives really came out and made themselves heard. Also when the commie mayor of Boise invited BLM to tear down Boise, the patriots really stepped up, with an outpouring from the community, to say that infestation that took over so many other major cities was NOT going to happen here. As time continues, we see more conservatives moving here and we're seeing their patriotic nature shine through. And... we could use your help here, Carl, to keep this trend going!
@@TreasureValleyDave One of my sons was an attorney living in Nampa (he lives in Idaho Falls now) and he had a meeting with the Boise mayor at one time. I asked him how the meeting went and what he though of her. He said he thought she was ok... I told him the he better get to find out more about her... LOL. I'm with you TV Dave.

@@TreasureValleyDave Thanks, after the holidays my husband and I are thinking of taking a road trip to explore Idaho.... We will definitely contact Steven when we are ready!
Of course, we can't stress enough the importance of taking a fact-finding trip to the place you might want to move to. If you're interested, give our team a call when you get here and we'll grab lunch (we will buy!). Enjoy the holidays!
That's crazy! It was like that a few days ago here as well! 70 degrees then Snow the next!
It's like we had Fall for about a week and a half! So much for global WARMING!!
If so many people are bailing out of California then who is buying the homes they left behind?

It's OK to leave California but did you bring your liberal progressive politics with you to your new home?
No we did not! 💪
