What does it take to get a quote on a surgery like this? Can I send my pictures in email and get a suggestion for type of surgery and price?

aside from the headaches and bruxism so many people would want to go from his after to his before (east asians I mean). He looks much older now, mature, whatever you want to cal it.

@@arnoldpalmer2180 I mean he looks better to me because i like the more mature look, but i was just saying how crazy it was that in some beauty standards that exist now he looks worse (east asian ie kpop that loves those forever 19 year old looking twinks)

I don’t see how his previous face structure could be responsible of his headache. There’s no shame in saying that he underwent the operation only for aesthetic reasons. Let’s be honest.

The TMJ (jaw joint) being misaligned or retruded is commonly linked with headaches, it is very common.

      Blame your parents.
If you grew up healthily by eating solid foods early, keeping your mouth shut you would have a perfect jaw free from all defects.
just like many tribal people do in africa.

He had this operation when he was 19 and now he is 21. He looked like a little boy before and now looks like a very good looking man. Great work.
Regarding the before and after pictures are they 2 years apart?
I am wondering if the transformation of looking like a little boy to a man is only because of this surgery or did he also mature later than most people between the age of 19 and 21?
His face between the eyes also looks wider. When you reposition the maxilla by moving it forward, does it also make the face gain width ?

ur jaws growth pattern is fixed by age 12 or so.
There is no chance this result is due to growth.
jaw surgery is just that overpowered, in the hands of Alfaro anyway
