He had this operation when he was 19 and now he is 21. He looked like a little boy before and now looks like a very good looking man. Great work. I am wondering if the transformation of looking like a little boy to a man is only because of this surgery or did he also mature later than most people between the age of 19 and 21? His face between the eyes also looks wider. When you reposition the maxilla by moving it forward, does it also make the face gain width ?
ur jaws growth pattern is fixed by age 12 or so. There is no chance this result is due to growth. jaw surgery is just that overpowered, in the hands of Alfaro anyway This guy is one of the best in the world

The TMJ (jaw joint) being misaligned or retruded is commonly linked with headaches, it is very common.
