😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Best tacos I’ve ever had! Hands down! You will not regret a single moment of each bite you take. It’s my go to spot since forever and if I ever feel hungry, this is the first place I’ll go to.
Birria tacos were a hit in tj. About seven years ago, I started seeing them all over LA
They have always been a thing in Tijuana though. Since like the 20th century.
@@ericktellez7632 that’s literally what he said
@@danidelafuente1
Is something a “hit” when they have been in a place for a century and a half.
know that chef and he's a strong working person. those tacos look insane ! cant wait to go and order some and support this guy. very inspiring and glad he's bringing that california food to ny.
Me watching this from millions of miles away hoping that by the time I get to NY they will still be there :)
Goat birria is the best 🐐
dog birria is the Best 😁✌
Master Blaster I think that’s China 🇨🇳
They don't know that. Shhhh🤫🤫🤫🤫
Wow que coincidencia, yo trabajé con este caballero hace años en Eataly y me lo vengo a encontrar en un vídeo en RUclips!
Reminds me of "Tacos dos bros" from Turbo
Lmao
Man, I just gonna said that 😂
Live 2 blocks away...I have these probably twice a week before quarantine :(. Can't wait to go back
Christopher lol remember when they broke into your apartment
That was me christopher
Christopher are they not doing some sort of quarantine pick up? I hope they’re able to come back when things go back to normal i wish i knew about this prior to quarantine i always wished to try these tacos but noone in nyc was making them
They opening up Friday May 1st!
Lucky !!!
Christopher where is the truck usually?
can they just come visit me? my neighbors would like that too
Some food trucks ARE actually making house calls. Maybe if you ask around?
Jay Flowers I think they do

Damm chef José pinche vato pesado good to see you doing your own thing back in New York .. worked with you @ eataly in La congrats on your success
I love them! Most definitely the best Birria Tacos I have had in NY!
The birria I’ve had is made with goat meat. My uncle makes delicious birria for our family functions. My family is from Jalisco. I miss real Mexican food. I can’t wait to try this birria.
The real birria is made with goat and lamb not beef. You’re correct
@@daniellozada3408 Apparently beef is better, because everybody loves this schiatt in the video.
@@hxhdfjifzirstc894 is not bcuz is better. Is bcuz beef is easier to find and easier to cook
Really beautiful to see these guys doing what they love and specially representing our food in another country and getting that kind of positive attention!! I send you guys a big hug from Guadalajara, Jalisco. MEXICO!! Sigan triunfando!
I watch a lot of food and cooking videos and this is easily one of the most appetizing I have come across
I'm moving from Mexico to NY. I'm glad this exists there.
Los Altos de Jalisco has the best birria in the world, slow brick oven roasted on maguey pencas and made of young Lamb.
A little stall on the main st of San Julian Jalisco 😍
When this pandemic calms down I’m heading to queens for them tacos🤤
I've gone for tacos in Queens for the past 2 night's in a row and it seemed pretty calm. Mind you I come from Long Island

Love from New Zealand!! Can't wait to try authentic tacos in the US and in Mexico!! They'd be waaaayyy better than the restaurant ones here 😍 love your guys culture, food & large families, so similar to us Maori people 💛💛💛💛💛
Damn I can’t wait for you to try it! They’re very good!
Mexicans are way better than Maori, to be honest.
@@hxhdfjifzirstc894 and? 😂😂😂 Tell someone who cares.
I appreciate how they actually mention that birria is traditionally goat or sheep. Now with all the hype behind birria tacos every recipie I see calls for beef and doesn't even mention goat. Crazy
Wish we had more good food trucks in East TN.
Try to make it! He’s pretty much going by taste and they listed the ingredients! It’s not that hard I promise 💕
Go to Nashville you’ll be all set
@@HectorHernandez-jq7wq I'm about 5 hours away from Nashville but I think it'd be worth the trip! 💖

@Mr Foxx yum! 😋
Tbh it’s amazing that people can do this much in a food truck when some restaurants can’t come close to this fair play to them
They kept it simple with 4 items, done well. Restaurants always try to jam 57 different things on the menu, and none of them are good.

Where have these tacos been all my life, you can tell he seasoned these with love ☺️. I had an unseasoned Birria taco in Kansas City 🤮, went home and made my own from recipes from Mexican people 🥰😋!
how did it go ?
Homemade Burria can be surprisingly simple in a pressure cooker
Damn, why am I watching this at midnight? Looks so good.
Watching this video literally made me go drive 50 minutes to go try it. And I kid you not it’s literally the Best taco I’ve Ever tried. I tried all the 4 items on the menu. Each item bursting with massive amounts of flavor. Orgasm in your mouth, taco enthusiast or not you all must try!

Confused on how that's a weird flex. Many people don't get the chance to leave their own country let alone travel the world.
Why would anyone even care if they've had tacos outside of Southern California, Mexico or Texas? 😂😂
