Ingridients
20 grams of fresh yeast
some ground flax seeds
(contain fiber, protein, omega 3 fatty acids) good for our body
350 milliliters of warm unsweetened soy milk
dissolve the yeast in warm milk
gradually add flour
550 grams of flour type 500
and stir
a teaspoon of salt
3 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of good oil
Knead everything together
flour the work surface
flour the dough
knead the dough for another 5 minutes
the dough should not stick to the hands
shape and cut into roughly equal parts
form into buns
you will succeed very easily
place the buns on baking paper
we wait 15 minutes for them to rest
form into buns
bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
Buns are very good fresh and quickly prepared
