As other people have mentioned, a cooking channel that doesn't give measurements for recipes is pretty pointless. Some of us watch because we actually want to replicate some of these recipes, not only to get some background noise while mindlessly doomscrolling on some social media app.
They are trying to have you go to their website to get the full recipe, which is behind a paywall after the first few recipes. Same thing NYT cooking is doing. I get it 🤷🏻♀️
It’s Bon Appetite - the magazines - YT channel. Your whining makes zero sense. All their recipes are going to be posted in their mag. Otherwise they may as well just get rid of it and be a social media based brand.
I made chewy white chocolate chip spice cookies that are easily the best cookie ever. They're basically the most perfectly chewy sugar cookie imaginable, elevated with white chocolate and spices.
I think all families have a variation of the thumbprint cookie, my grandma would roll them in sesame seeds, or she would add crumbled walnuts to the dough and then not add the thumbprint. After baking the walnut ones they would get rolled in powdered sugar……. They were our snow ball cookies ❤

it'd be nice to have someone on staff who have intolerances to certain foods like gluten, dairy, eggs, etc so that we can see some variety in gourmet recipes...
Confused why Kendra chose to make a health brick of a cookie? The way she described the “inspo cookie” at least sounded ok ‘buckwheat salted chocolate chip’ but she took out the chocolate chips and somehow substituted sesame seeds?? Like I feel like that’s such a funky crunchy health brick you’d eat on like a hike or something- not something I’d look forward to around the holidays (that I feel like this is encouraging) at least granola bars have chocolate chips in them 😫

* 4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
* 3 teaspoons baking soda
* 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon allspice
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 2 cups sugar
* 1 1/2 cup (3 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
* 2 large egg
* 2 tbsp molasses
* White Chocolate Chips (I usually just eyeball my desired amount)
Bake on 350 for around 11-12 minutes.
