important note: DONT TRY AND DONT KILL winterwisp blood near the gramphones, my squad's damage was too high that killed them before leaving that spot made their dying skill effect the turret and turn to red .. i legit had to change to lower damage ops so they don't kill the winterwisp... Kyo is the best
It could be also a good idea to just block them with a good defender above the exit. But it seems that a slow supporter is a must have here, since you just cannot stall both of the kamikazes effectively enough without it - that's how I failed this map more than 10 times in a row... And Kyo messed up the deployment of Plume a little - if you deploy her one tile to the right, above the boxes, it's much safer for her. Also it's better to substitute her with an assasin guard there.
Yeaaaapp I had same issue. The fact that sometimes your overpowered/meta ops may actually hinder you on a stage is, to me, excellent game design. It forces you to utilize different tactics rather than easily crushing everything due to an OP squad. Kinda brings balance imo. Most games get boring once you acquire the characters that nuke every enemy with ease because you lose the whole point of "strategy" when you rely upon the same 5 choices.

I fucked up and placed a sniper in the slow supporter spot so I had to deploy the slow supporter behind the duelist and this still worked, great guide kyo
No, the heal from the grammophones is not nearly enough near the end, you need a healer there. I tried to add DPS with a caster/sniper instead of a healer and failed.

If you ever feel useless, remember there is a golem in the beginning of TW-EX-5.
The golem had mental attack ability to me tho lol

some enemies seems to touch that tile so maybe better not risk it, tho you can try to see if it works.
