Tbf, it's a breath of fresh air from TW EX-5 and EX-6 Challenge modes, and some kind of prep before you get violently fisted again in TW EX-8 challenge mode. lol

Man, this was tough, but thanks for the help, kept getting cheesed by casters, finally found Blaze to put an end to their crap, instead of Melantha.
If you're struggling with dp, I found putting Myrtle to the left of Nearl helps, make sure to leave a space in between (her and Nearl) otherwise the caster kills her (I learned from experience), if you can lend an Ifrit or have your own she does great torching those 3 blocks all the way from the back and helps to put down the final wave and/or bombers. Manticore or Ethan can help take back the gramophone without being attacked or stall the big bois at the end. Platinum in place of Jessica gets a lot done with her extra range. Silverash can act as an emergency button at the back if needed, just don't let him mess up your block loop (I did that once cause I'm an idiot lol). Red also acts as a great delayer with mass stun. Hopefully, something I said can help someone.
you could also use Silverash S3 above or right of healing defender to kill the casters and then use other operators to stall just in case.
After I cleared every stage on challenge mode except this one, I felt kinda smart, but then I saw this and feel kinda dumb again
Same here. I struggled so hard on this stage, though I did clear it on my own. Then I watch KyostinV's video and he annihilates it like it's nothing. It's okay. We smol smooth-brains can still clear content, but CCs make it look easy.
@@Spectacular_Insanity to be fair it's far from being the biggest brain clear. He didn't even bother playing with the bottom left towers.
Yeah just use Brokenfjalla and brrrrrr the level, wow.
I like these low end squad clears but come on, on this one especially he could have tried more sophisticated strategies to not abuse the 6* nuke... thing... I dunno

Those explodey arts runners are my new most hated mob. So close. I can't kill the last one fast enough and it slips through. Everything worked though. Moral of the story, e2 the volcano.
More precise, M3 your volcano.

For all the new people coming in on the rerun.. I placed Myrtle first, then the roadblock, then another vanguard, then the other roadblocks, my two snipers, and Eyja, and then I put W with s2 in Orchid's position facing right. Her mines help stall the runners really well (in addition to a bit of stalling in the top lane) and I didn't have a problem with them killing Eyja. Also helps if you have Surtr s3 in Melantha's position, activate after she kills the first caster when the next wave comes out and she will live to kill most of the wave if you have Gummy/Nearl/Saria on her, and anything that escapes gets killed by W's mines. It's not necessary, though, as W and the tower/Eyja should be able to kill most of the wave if you are using a regular duelist guard.
If you can't keep the casters on lockdown, any 0 block operator such as Manticore, Ethan, or the new welfare op Bena (e0 level 1 is fine) can all work to help keep control of the tower.
i couldnt clear this CM last yr and it feels really good to now have surtr, aak, saria and jaye for this stage +making things faster

Oh how times have changed. During CC when I ran out of refreshes, I needed an E2 Eyja. Now *I* am an Eyja support. It's so nice to have her when I run out of supports.

The roadblock thing is so cheesy, didn't know you could retreat them
Gravel E2 makes a difference here. She tanks 1 more attack of the first Magister. Which means he takes more of Eyja volcano damage.
My Gravel is E1 so that doesn't work. Can't stall the first 2 Magisters long enough.
I'll keep trying but it's insanely close.
Edit : Promoted Gravel to E2 : this strategy worked
red skill one just makes it rng but possible at lower levels. she needs to dodge a lot of attacks though, however she can do it when timed right.

Thanks for the tips. But for that caster parts, I found it easier to just use AOE sniper on where Orchid was to help get rid of those casters.

for those casters, u can use SA or blaze to replace melantha, and for those spiderV2, try ur best to stall them

Funnily enough I cleared this but I still can't clear CM TW-EX 6
Cuz its a shit stage, i literally cleared it 30 min ago. Man the rage on this level was real. XDDDDD
I lost this level when i had it in the bag cuz i was in that roadblock stalling stage, guess how did i lose? A freaking youtube unimportant notification came out and i couldn't replace the roadblock in time... Was so TRIGGERED
I was failing this stage super hard, my snipers+Eyja couldn't kill the shamans in time...
Ethan was the magic solution, deployed on the grate between two blocks, he slowed all shamans just enough to kill them all.
Didn't use the slow supporter at all since there was no DP for deployment.
On the other hand, no ranged casters got anywhere near the gramophone, I killed them all right after they entered the field.
if you have manticore / ethan, deploy them instead of Yato @ around kill #30 to maintain the gramophone & keep them there since they won't be attacked. if using manticore, equip her S1 to slow; if using ethan, either S1/S2 is good.

For some reason during the last wave right before Eyja's skill was ready, the game wouldn't let me deploy roadblocks even though there were only 2 on the screen. So i died.
If you guys want to troll the Titan n other enemies during late game, u can put the blockers below Jessica, so they'll go more further road..
Tho. U need to take over those 2 tower below first, i use heavy rain S1 or Ethan/Gravel, or myrtle E2 S2 works too.. (for myrtle, you can combo it with lancet behind Jessica face down to give extra heal) + (needs self healing/camouflage ops) OwO/
Note: only do these, when you have a lot of extra DP to Waste.. 😹

At 2:03, how the hell did your Yato tank that one hit? My Yato dies straight away in one hit when i put her there to stall those guys
I’m so mad, I had the exact same setup but kept rushing the towers in the corners and would get my melee guys overrun cause I didn’t have the dp for both those snipers

i gave up on this challenge.... only just need this one, n yet i've used all of my friends eyja.. pity me, not having eyja for this event kinda sucks...
Only one of my numerous friends rans fucking goat s3. And another s2. So when I'm out of refreshes on sup units im again reminded that i couldn't get this game breaking goat while playing from start, i become salty and have to use my own brains

Myrtle Skill 1 is needed for high cost OP. If you have an E2 Volcano, try borrowing a Myrtle in addition to your 2-block Vanguard. Just place Myrtle next to the other Vanguard early start.

How do I make sure that Eyja doesn't die? I've been trying to time it so that she kills them while she's not in range of their explosion, but I can't always get it exact. Any tips on finding the exact timing? My Eyja is M3 if that helps.
The explosion is like 3x3 I guess , but letting it explode between the two blocks at the middle of the map works didn't kill anyone
How do I even beat this without eyja
you can use someone else's Eyja as a support unit. or you can use mostima/angelina too I guess. what you need is a burst aoe and some specialists to stall them around there because the real mvp is the tower.

do you have an e2 in your team? if no then every support unit with 3rd skill will change to first one by default
if yes then check if the eyja support are under (recommended) list, the operators under this list are actually randoms game suggest you to add and their skills will be changed to s1 at level 1.
if you have an e2 in your team and the eyjas are actually your friends and not just recommended randoms then you need to find better friends , try the offical discord they have a full channel for adding people.
@@uselss7062 I have e2s. You're right, most of the S1s seem to be from randoms. Unfortunately, I only have 2 e2 Eyjas with the third skill. I'll see if I can add some from Discord. Thank you for the information and tips!
