  • Dry static breath work! Taking the time to focus on your breath is an essential way to help relax and restore your mental energy. Through the practice of conscious breathing, you can bring a sense of calm to your body and mind. Inhale deeply, exhale slowly. Allow yourself to be present during this mindful practice. Let all your worries drift away and feel the peace that comes with the rhythmic breathing. With dedicated practice, you can start to feel the benefits of dry static breath work.

Thank you! I’m a full time golfer and competitive swimmer. I just started apnea training 4 weeks ago. I will be posting some of my swim training. When I hit 2 minutes, that was my 1st time ever trying. I will post apnea occasionally but not consistently at this time. Thank you for your continued support!

ah man this was such a let down. when you start with nothing in ur lngs its super hard you have so much talent anthony, try again but take in as much air as you can before you begin.

As a freediving instructor I think you have a lot of potential with constant practice. I know you said I’d post ofciasionally but I think being a bit more consistent would surprise even yourself how far you’d get

Thank you. I’m really surprised at the feedback on my previous apnea post! I was just posting it to document the training I do to better me as an athlete. That’s why I started this channel. I’m 12 years old and want to document my athletic journey till I graduate high school.

@@AnthonyBetetaSwima lot of people don’t understand that apnea helps all sports by increasing focus endurance and mindfulness. I think if you practiced and posted apnea often you would a. Document your apnea journey and b see an improvement in swimming golf and other sports you do. It really can’t be overlooked how important it is
