    Any idea on electrolytes that are free from stevia, monk fruit, sugar alcohols or any other sugar replacements? I cannot tolerate any of them. They all give me migraines and digestive issues. It’s either real sugar or no sugar for me.

      @@etain.pilates there are a couple of recommended brands in the book that you can skim through and cross reference to see if the ingredients would work for you, but maybe you might be better off creating a homemade electrolyte drink? here is the recipe:
      1/2 cup fresh orange juice
      1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
      2 cups raw coconut water
      2 tbsp organic raw honey
      1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
      blend ingredients & chill

      @ yeah I make my own but it’s costly to do regularly.
