I love how creative you are with your meals and ingredients. I’d love to see how you make plans to go to the store! How do you decide on your ingredients, how do you plan, etc!
I always make about 8 mason jars of overnight oats at a time. This way I have them ready in the morning to eat. I add fruit, chia, flax & hemp seeds, nut butter, cacao powder, walnuts and plant milk. They are so yummy and convenient.
I love this, realistic eating... my go to when I'm feeling lazy is porridge, topped with frozen blueberries, and a drizzle of tahini and date syrup. Bliss. I keep my lasagne on the hob, and like my pasta sloppy and soft, don't usually bother heating up the oven for it...topped with a cashew cream sauce. Love watching you cook and chat x
Everyone is talking about overnight oats and I don't like mine cold but I do like the thick cut oats so what I do is pour boiling water over the oats the night before and seal them in a glass container. In the morning I can add toppings (molasses, nutmeg, walnuts, and a banana) after heating the oats for 2 mins. It really saves on the cooking time and you get warm, perfectly cooked think cut oatmeal.
When I feel like you I automatically goto ramen, so easy, tasty and throw anything in it kind of meal! I make baked oatmeal on a Sunday for the week because just like you I'm terrible at 'being bothered' to make breakfast! Love this video as usual!
Thanks for this not-perfect video, especially at this time of the year I really need to see it, to check that I'm not the only one who doesn't have any quick, healthy snacks ect.
My husband joked that I live "vicariously vegan" through your content 😂 always oogling your dishes and wishing I could make my own but alas I have the pallet of a 5 year old. Great content and I cannot wait to see you post about your sweater (taking notes to make my own content). Much love from Iowa ❤
The tikka masala looks so good can't wait to make that recipe! I'm a vegan nutritionist and my fav snacks to have on hand currently are beet hummus with crackers, dates with peanut butter or tahini, seaweed snacks with avocado wrapped inside, chia pudding always is prepped in my fridge too so I can just top with fruit and nut butter and enjoy on the go too!
Thank you for beeing real ❤️ I’ve not treated myself with nourishing food this week and it affects my wellbeing. Now I’m off to the kitchen and whipping up some protein packed breakfast and some hummus and carrots for the in between snacks. Have a lovely friday ☺️
Anytime I watch your food videos I find myself salivating over all the various dishes even though I’m not vegan by any means! You did inspire me to try tofu and now I love it!
One thing I swear by for breakfast is overnight oats! Took me a hot (haha) minute to get on the trend, but if you have the fridge space, it's easy to prepare and very customizable! You can put a bit of protein powder in it for an extra protein boost, it's easy to adjust portion size, you can blend them, bake them, the possibilities are endless! It makes mornings very easy, if breakfast is a problem! Great content!
You said it right the 1st time, pee- muh. I live in Pima County, Arizona, where it originates. Cant wait to see yhe finished object. I'm finishing my gift knits and crochet projects today. Mostly gloves headbands, and hair scarves.
Hi Immi…I absolutely love your videos…you’re so inspiring, and have kickstarted a love of knitting in me that I didn’t know existed…loving the interaction with yourself and your lovely husband….I hope you both have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year….☺️
Lol, I almost bought those TJ's lemon stuffed olives the other day-- good to know your review! Do you have humidifiers in your house? They can really help with the dry skin. I'm in Minnesota (and it's snowing here!), and we're not as dry as Colorado, but running the heat all the time does make it so dry. Another great video-- I love seeing what you're making and eating. It inspires me to branch out!
Thank you for this video, I really enjoy your what I eat videos. I'm in the camp of just skipping breakfast because I don't particularly feel hungry in the morning, just thirsty. My body seems to do well skipping it and just eat lunch a little earlier than average. Breakfast has always been a slow morning kind of thing for me, so I usually only eat it on the weekends if I'm up for it.
The best feta I have made is the Rainbow Plant life one 10/10 game changing and great to prep a big batch for adding to meals. My comfort meal is the mushroom stroganoff from her.
I like a realistic video-we all have times we can’t be bothered to fuel ourselves well. I can totally relate to that moment when you find a snack in the cupboard you forgot was there. Jackpot indeed.
I have these little glass Kilner containers with silicone lids, a couple of them ideal for snacks, and I keep roasted cashews in one then roasted pumpkin seeds in the other (done myself) both with some Tamarai sauce added straight out the oven. Lovely wholesome snacks.
❤ I struggle drinking water as well ....still lol.❤ man that lasagna bake looked delish...🎉 the wrap at the end looked really yummy as well..love how u keep it real..have a great holiday❤ 20:41
Another raisin/cactus here. I can totally relate with the not-enough-water situation! Especially during winter there are days when I may not even drink half a liter. Watching the video reminded me to fill up my water bottle :) we can definitwely do it!
Wellness sushi is sooo good! I’ve only been there once, when my friend Sky Jack Morgan (Vegan of Course) was in town doing some vegan activism. Your new sweater with the pink is so beautiful! I should get my mom to knit one for me, as knitting is not my thing, but it is hers! That water filter is interesting. My boyfriend got a new one that filters out fluoride, which apparently is very bad for high blood pressure!
I’m also in Denver! 👋 I agree Wellness Sushi is excellent. Next Level Burger is good too- have you tried that? Also, City o City has a few dishes that are solid.
I usually eat rolled oats with hemp sees, hemp protein powder, cinnamon and berries for breakfast. I am type 2 diabetic and since I take pills, I cannot skip breakfast.
Hi Immy, what is the rainbow cookbook you've mentioned? I'd love to try it out! And don't worry about having an off week, happens to all of us. Be kind to yourself!
Just wondering if you are still planning to crochet the baby book? Would love to see the process. Also how do you like editing? I have now been making videos for a year and still don’t love editing. Hoping I can get better at making the video so I don’t have to edit so much 😊
Could you make overnight oats the day/ night before so that when you can’t be bothered in the morning you have something ready to go? It also only takes about 5 minutes. You could just make it quickly whilst you’re making another meal perhaps.
May I ask, what multivitamins are you taking? I'm going on a vegan diet and I'm struggling to find an affordable multivitamin thats vegan? I took Garden of Life for years. But it's too expensive for me now.
I take a multivitamin from Ritual but honestly any will do, where are you based? If the UK, holland and Barrett do a good affordable vegan multivitamin

Oooooh tahini on porridge!! I've never tried that, definitely adding that to my rotation thanks for the tip!

It’s easy to be a 5 year old vegan. 🙂

I loved this chaotic video. It's just so realistic and I feel like I'm watching a friend just being themselves. Sending you all cozy holiday vibes!
thanks for this realistic and honest what you ate in a week, I completely feel you!!
So comforting to see your meals and watch you share them (my favorite part of cooking)
I appreciate you xx

The violife feta is so addictive!! I'm not vegan but I like it better than regular feta.
It's so nice to see this topic here, fantastic creator!
Your food looks delicious!
Everything looks amazing so far!
Curly girl here - highly recommend Curl Smith. It’s what helped my curls after moving back to the US. They have the best moisturizing curl products.
Ooooh amazing ok thank you! I will look into them next year!

Oh please show us how you make your rice come out so perfect, or tell me the recipe! Love this video!!
I absolutely love your what you eat videos. I now have your cookbook and I'm so excited to cook from it.
i'm so glad i've found your channel! i love your content! ☺
Thank you so much ☺️

I love using the Violife feta for that tiktok pasta from a couple years back. So easy and delicious!
I need to try that!!
Your videos are some of my favorite! Thank you. Hope you had a wonderful holiday.
I love that violife vegan Greek cheese! Avocado is a good sub in a salad if it’s not available 👍
I so love your realness!!! Also you’re such a joy to watch ❤❤❤

I just ADORE your cooking videos! Xoxox Happy Holidays from Chicago!
Thank you Immy, love your videos
Enjoyed this a lot, Immy. You are such a gem.
So glad I’m not the only one that has these horrible awful weeks where the motivation is low then nxt week you feel it lift!
The best feta I have made is the Rainbow Plant life one 10/10 game changing and great to prep a big batch for adding to meals.
My comfort meal is the mushroom stroganoff from her.
Would love to know more about the lasagna. That was a fantastic idea to make the lentils, then add the noodles and then bake again!
I like a realistic video-we all have times we can’t be bothered to fuel ourselves well. I can totally relate to that moment when you find a snack in the cupboard you forgot was there. Jackpot indeed.
AGREE on the vegan Feta. Vegan Feta and roasted Chic Pease are the absolute best "appetizer". OMG. So good!
I have these little glass Kilner containers with silicone lids, a couple of them ideal for snacks, and I keep roasted cashews in one then roasted pumpkin seeds in the other (done myself) both with some Tamarai sauce added straight out the oven. Lovely wholesome snacks.
I am also an appreciator of the Vegan Feta by Violife, it also whips up into an amazing dip too. Hope you get some soon 🙂

Dolmas are the best!

Immy pleaseeeeeeee where can we find the lentil lasagna recipe 😭🙏
As someone who also dislikes vegan cheese, vegan feta from the store is decent, and Edgy Veg's recipe is actually a pretty good flavor
In my "professional" opinion. I think lasagna pasta should be slightly overcooked lol
haha ok noted!!
Whole Foods Market has vegan feta. It is called Just Like Feta.
Another delicious looking video!
Have you tried making feta with supper firm tofu? Game changer for us!
I’m also in Denver! 👋 I agree Wellness Sushi is excellent. Next Level Burger is good too- have you tried that? Also, City o City has a few dishes that are solid.
Immy what is your skincare routine? Your skin is glowing with health
where do you share with your recipes which you cook in youtube? are they in your cookbook?
Love watching your videos! Very approachable to vegan eating. Where do you get the teas from?
Make overnight bowls for breakfast and Yorkshire tea ✔️
Make a batch of pancakes and freeze them and just pull one out and whip it in the toaster to warm it through..breakfast done!
Lovely video. Where did you get your tea strainer?
I usually eat rolled oats with hemp sees, hemp protein powder, cinnamon and berries for breakfast. I am type 2 diabetic and since I take pills, I cannot skip breakfast.
You can make tofu feta easily! It tastes very similar to the original feta and it has more protein than bought cheese.
Did you make the pink and white sweater?
Immy have you tried making tofu feta? Apparently it’s really nice! I’d love your opinion if you ever do 😊
Hi Immy, what is the rainbow cookbook you've mentioned? I'd love to try it out! And don't worry about having an off week, happens to all of us. Be kind to yourself!
You pronounced Pima correctly. I also agree about vegan cheeses. I di love the violife feta and parm.
??????Please explain what grape leaves are and what brand you are eating?????
Just wondering if you are still planning to crochet the baby book? Would love to see the process. Also how do you like editing? I have now been making videos for a year and still don’t love editing. Hoping I can get better at making the video so I don’t have to edit so much 😊
I am looking for ways to save $$ on groceries. And more plant based food ideas, too.
Do you share your recipes somewhere?

You and your husband are so cute together!! Is he also vegan or does he just eat vegan with you?
How do we get the ragu recipe
❤️
I always call myself a camel! I live in the desert and I def don’t drink enough H20
I feel like vegan cheese has gotten so much better just in the last year or so. I used to not be a fan of it either
Too many carbs.
