@@ZazaManJacky if you’re referring to the first heavy metal band then yes, that is Black Sabbath as they were the first ones to strictly play metal. What i was talking about is what is considered the first heavy metal song ever recorded and that title belong to the Beatles with Helter Skelter.
Always good to see Queen! This song gives me some Black Sabbath vibes. Some more Black Sabbath would be great (and maybe more Judas Priest while you’re at it?)!
Just want to say I appreciate what you're doing man. I've learned a lot from you, and over the last few months, my guitar playing went from non existent to being able to play something like this and other songs I've always wanted to know how to play. Thanks for the videos dude, can't wait to see what's next
Thank you Carl , i have learnt so much from you and your site, you are the best, i started playing guitar when i was 58 now 65 and i have my own band now and play some AC/DC, Oasis, Nirvana and so on. So keep up the good work, now i ( trying to) play or learn some of Queen Stone Cold Crazy. Greetings from a warm and sunny Norway. Terje
great lesson!! I always thought solo was impossible to play due to so many layers on the record, but you make it sound great with less effort than I thought...
i came here specifically for that missing note you point out. though i always thought it was an F not (1st fret on low E) I wanted to see how other people transitioned from that F to the power chord.. Now I see its much easier with an open E instead, thanks!
As always great job on your side, I was wondering if you could do a lesson on the outro solo of sway by the Rolling Stones/Mick Taylor because nobody has done a lesson on it yet and your tutorials are almost always 100% accurate to the original and to me, its one of the best and most underrated solos of all time but I would also like to know your opinion about the solo. I know the tabs about the solo are out but I find it incredibly difficult to read the timing out of this. Regardless, have a nice day and keep up the great work.
Hi Carl, Legit question here, is it possible to pay you for private or even public videos to do instructional videos on certain songs? How would I go about it man if possible, Cheers!
Carl serious question no funny business intended...but do you ever get sick of people saying thank you? Your helping thousands of people daily 🎸...for that thank you
Hey Carl, can u do some Keith Urban songs? I know thats not the genre what most of ur viewers play but maybe if possible I would love to see some KU lessons as he is a fantastic guitarist who plays with a lot of soul. I would like to learn Stupid Boy, Long Hot Summer, Somebody Like You, etc by him. Hope u consider it
He said this was probably the first thrash metal song. I respectfully disagree. Probably wheels of confusion the opener from sabbaths vol 4 Which was ‘72. This song was ‘74 but good point and great lesson!!
Hey carl, I’ve joined a band and one of the songs we wanna do is still in love with you by thin lizzy but I can’t find a video anywhere, could you do one?
Hey, could you please make a tutorial on soothsayer by buckethead? There are no good tutorials on RUclips and i cant find any good tabs online. Thanks if you do lol.
Never thought i'd hear Thrash and Queen in the same sentance! 🤘
Metallica did a great cover it. Both versions are amazing.
I know right. Leave it to the Brits to come up with the two biggest sub genres of rock- the Beatles (heavy metal) Queen (thrash)
@@itslikethesamebutdifferent8020 The Beatles for heavy metal??? Im sorry but that title rightfully belongs to Black Sabbath.
