So, I'm 17 years old, about to be a senior in highschool...😘 I turned away from God and I've been struggling with depression, anxiety, and a toxic ex.😥 I didn't want to continue anymore and I felt like no one cared about me. I was about to give up today and this song popped up on my recommended and I turned it on and I just felt the holy spirit enter my bedroom and my soul feels at peace.🙏 I'm coming back to Jesus. i remember listening to this song back in the late 60s and early 70s, radio stations would play this song regularly as if it was a pop song. This is the first gospel song I remember getting that type of mass appeal. This song was powerful back then and is still very powerful more than 50 years later.
I remember this playing on pop radio stations in 1969, I bought the 45 release! Good memories!

This song always did something to me when I heard it! This song first came out when I was a young boy. I got the LP to this song. Either my mother or an older brother must of brought it. Now that I gave my life to Christ over 30 years ago. And I'm over 60! This song has a very special meaning to me!
