    1) Buy stats and regen to win trades and enable your carry
    2) Always block their big camp and unblock your small camp
    3) Trade with pos 4 if you are stronger. If not - harass their pos 3
    4) Half pull 2-3 creeps on small camp if lane is pushed
    5) 2:40 Prepare to get lotus
    6) 5:00 Look for places where you can rotate and help your teammates
    7) 5:40 Prepare to help get the power rune
    8) 6:30 Prepare to go for enemy wisdom rune if you have a stun

      Another tip that doesn't necessarily fit the "laning phase" but will get you a lot of mmr:
      STOP straight tp'ing after respawning. SAVE your TPs! You may not be fully aware how important this is, but seriously, it makes the game easier for you and your teammates.
      THINK for a moment. CHECK MAP: is any other lane at risk in the let's say 0 to 30 secs due to potential rotations? (specially when enemy cores reach lvl 6, dangerous runes, etc.)
      - IF yes, WALK back to YOUR lane.
      - IF you see HIGH risk at say offlane and you somehow figured out say mid lane is coming to gank, TP there already!
      - IF you are not sure what lane is at high risk AND you know you tp'ing back to your lane makes no difference, just WALK anywhere you see fit better, at least you have your TP ready.
      Basically, try to save your TP as much as you can. You may only insta tp back to your lane on very very early game.

    another thing to note, the type of carry is also important, if your carry is a natural pusher such as naga or you pick a support warlock, i personally don’t recommend blocking their camp since your gonna need it yourself because thhe waves are always constantly gonna be pushed in

    • @kiploism
      @kiploism 9 месяцев назад +1

      why would u want to push the lanes at the first place as warlock and naga? if u clear the waves so fast, enemy will have free waves. the idea is to reduce the offlane impact while ur farming

    • @3arooshy465
      @3arooshy465 9 месяцев назад +31

      @@kiploism normally no one would want to push the lanes, but naga or walrock or jakiro will inevitably push the waves due to their abilities (maybe jakiro not if they use their skills without affecting the wave) but for naga its really inevitable, if she wants to harass enemies she will have to send illusions at them and hit the wave constantly to keep proc riptides, but regardless of that she is a hero that can clear jungle and a wave at the same time at minute 4 if she has a decent or a winning matchup. if her matchup is good you now harrasing the enemy and getting all the wave and also farming a jungle at the same time so yes you may be pushing the wave but also farming jungle at the same time while they are being harassed and only getting lane creeps

      Came here as a warlock spammer, don't block the hard camp. Maybe at first but if it expires or they deward it it's fine. Let them pull and then fatal bonds the enemy to all the creeps and then upheaval. Watch offlane explode. Maybe a single pull to push wave naturally min2. ward at 5-6 min top left of bountry rune to see roaming enemies woud complete this a bit more. Maybe when carry goes woods single pull to farm under tower for safety cause it will push wave but who cares you just want the gold xp safe under tower. When leave core eg axe with vanguard so you need leave him maybe. mm if catapults are in other lane you go push . Maybe just leaving commend here if anyone sees. First thing I had to say as a response to this video is that it caters only to people in the higher skill bracket. If you commit so much gold to supporting in lower brackets, you're going to find yourself losing in every single game, with a few exceptions. The reason for this is that pos 1 and 2 in higher skill brackets can take full advantage of rotations and pulls to pull ahead of their opponent laners. Every advantage created will result in a positive outcome.
    However, I can guarantee that if a WR went mid in the lower skill brackets, did exactly what Sneyking did, DP would not have died because the follow-up from Invoker and NP would've been non-existent. This is simply because they lack the presence of mind and/skill of players in a higher bracket. You would've achieved nearly nothing, your pos 1 would've died after being left alone for over 30 secs and you would now be at a gold and exp disadvantage against the opponent pos 3 and 4.
    All advice isn't good advice for everyone and it's prudent to consider all factors before trying to inculcate something new. Dependance on your pos 1 and 2 should increase proportionately with MMR.

    • @KheZu
      @KheZu  9 месяцев назад +2

      i dont fully understand your first point
      if you use so much gold on supporting its not good for you?
      These starting items are nearly the best for every lane, no matter what your carry does.
      You should always look to who you can help most, but with this attitude youre not going to get very far
      i think ideally you want to give yourself the best possible chance to win any game 👍
      Its not just your carry who can take Advantage of a won lane, you can too. Try it!

    • @KheZu
      @KheZu  9 месяцев назад +2

      main point for me being, this video is for any mmr 😅
      but you can skip some of the points if you think they are less likely to work, hope the other ones are useful though

    • @noir9542
      @noir9542 9 месяцев назад

      @@KheZu It's quite tedious to have to explain something so obvious but it displays what was already clearly apparent in your videos.
      You don't seem to understand factors beyond what you see in a skill bracket of players who are practiced and efficient. Most of your tips are largely useless in the lower skill brackets. If Dota 2 was such a simple game as to the extent your subpar intelligence can comprehend, everyone in every skill bracket who used your strategy would win their lane, which is a statistical impossibility.
      Carries are not always good, and you will lose the game against a support that chose to make items like Rod of Atos or Aether Lens over spending it all on support items. They understand that carries in their skill bracket are nowhere near capable enough to carry 4 other people, a concept outside of your capability of understanding. You seem to think of Dota as an ideal world where every pos 1 and 2 will do nothing wrong, which is incredibly stupid.
      Learn to see things more than what they are at face value. You won't go very far otherwise.

    This is a very solid advice. I'm currently on an 11 game winning streak just by abusing this trick. I go into games just dedicated to not let the enemy offlane get the hard camp. Just keep blocking the camp until minute 5 mark where most of the time my pos 1 is ready to jungle and just dip in an out of lane to catch creepwave

  • @ProducShuns
    @ProducShuns 9 месяцев назад +2

    Amazing. I've been loving venge in pos5 recently. Her early stats are actually insane so you can trade favourably or even kill most pos4 supps in many cases. Armor reduction from her W helps to harrass any tanky offlaners like Axe. You have stun that can help turn fights if they dive tower bot. And once your carry has a bit of farm & is setup in lane, go roam and get kills with stun in other lanes.
    If executed properly you can win safe lane for your carry giving them a great start and have a positive impact on offlane as well. 2/3 lanes in good position should set you up to take mid game and eventually win.
    To scale the hero into mid & late game, look at what your team needs. Move speed? Build drums into boots of bearing. Saves? Build solar crest. Up against tanky heroes? Build urn into vessel and shred HP.
    If all else fails, build hurricane pike into aghs and become a right clicking core with 2 lives 😂
    Honestly she's so versatile I love it.

      I already have a little bit of a followup ready for the future.
      Before uploading , since it will take a long time, ill try to give you quick advice
      Generally you can 2 modes in Dota which keep fluctuating back and forth
      Agressive and defensive
      You are skywrath/snapfire/grim, most of the time u wanna play agro and help get kills with your mid or offlaner if they are ready. inbetween cooldowns you can play defensive and protect your cores or place wards
      If you are a hero like SD/venge/warlock and there are no agro plays currently, look to enable your cores by helping them farm (break smokes, stack) untill theres a timing and go back to mode 1 (agro)

    Best basic build for pos5 is for me: 1 set of tangoes, 2 sentries, stick, 2 branches and faerie fire. But there are couple of rules I figure out way, way too late in my dota life (6k games played).
    1. 95% of games you dont need mana regen item from start of the game. You have full mana pool, and you have one spell, so you can't burn it all in 1-2 minutes in the game. 1st courier trip can handle it.
    2. use your courier asap. Right after bounty runes you have extra approx 100-150 gold to play with. If you use it right away you have adventage
    3. harrass is priority no.1 like 95% of the time. you can pull, you can last hit far away creep, but you MUST harras and trade hits.
    4. Never underestimate additional regen. Don't try to save money on it. Get tangos, salve, clarity, mango in time, not when you are out and have like 20% of HP.
    5. Infused Raindrop is BiS in 90% games as pos5 in early game. It gives you like 5-6 extra stenght worth of HP (bracer) in fight. And mana regen of sages mask. It is retarded how good it is.

    Great tips.
    Now for reasons why some of this might not work:
    1. Your carry trades and CSs poorly, so he's never ahead of the enemy offlaner even in a good lane.
    2. Your carry needlessly walks out of position while you are half pulling, and dies.
    3. The enemy p4 and p3 contest the lotus pool, killing you in the process if they have the right tools for it.
    4. The enemy p4 also saw a youtube video and is working as hard at unblocking his camp and blocking yours. You get no half-pulls off. He's usually stronger and more mobile than you, and therefore is a constant threat when you move to the deep side where the camps are.
    5. Minute 5 arrives and somehow the other 2 lanes have either been feeding kills or playing passive, so when you look around the map you see nowhere your assistance brings an advantage.
    6. You managed to steal the enemy wisdom rune. Even more, you were not contested as the enemy p4 didn't arrive in time for the rune. Ironically your carry died under his own tower to a p3 + p4 dive after he ate a couple spells between minutes 6 and 7, and had not purchased any extra regen past the starting set of tangos. Your carry pings you aggressively.
    7. The enemy p3 is now ahead on XP, possibly bordering on level 6. Your carry tps back into the lane (which is now a dead lane) and dies again to the p3 ultimate; despite the fact that you were beside him, trying to save him from his own misplay - or perhaps 'because' you were beside him, emboldening your carry who didn't calculate the risks involved in tping back into the dead lane instead of moving to the jungle (which he ends up doing after this second death anyway, but first he has to waste 2 minutes without farm or xp, and he has to tilt, and he has to ping you aggressively and hang the game on your 'mistakes').
    The lower the bracket, the more your team will hold you back, especially when you rack up on game knowledge like this video provides.
    So, I like these tips, but there's only one universal tip for support players across all brackets below Divine: pick a hero that scales. Do your job, play your role, but make sure when the game goes past 30 minutes (as it invariably does) you still pose a threat.

      I think you have some decent points, but dota is about how good YOU are, not your opponents (of course its a mixture of both)
      but the way youre writing, you make it sound like you have no way of doing anything IF the enemy pos 4 plays perfect.
      You need to play the situation. If you cant contest the lotus pool, then you cant and thats fine.
      just because the 4 is stronger doesnt mean he can always unblock the camp.
      Maybe you can push the wave? Walk over at :55 and place a new sentry
      Sometimes your other cores are bad, and thats totally fine, just find ways on YOUR OWN to have more impact game by game.
      Dont play through your weak heroes, play through your strong heroes
      Thanks for your long comment, I hope some of my points can help! ✌️

    Video is great
    Only thing I sort of disagreed with was the hard stance against wind lace. I think in certain matchups it’s worth the early buy, particularly pubs where the opponents are often unhinged and less predictable as a result.

    This is a great video! Just wanted to know if getting the wisdom rune is that much of a hindrance for the enemy if they end up killing you after you get it? That’s xp and gold for them after all

    Danke für deinen Content KheZu. Bitte weiter so, kurz auf den Punkt gebracht und sehr informativ. Ich spiele selbst im 3 -4K Bereich und weis eigentlich alles was du eben erklärt hast. Aber manchmal laufen Spiele in diesem Bracket einfach total out of Order und ab und zu ist es dann schwierig diszipliniert zu sein, aber ich arbeite daran. Könntest du bitte mal ein Video übers warden machen? Und ich meine nicht early Game, das hast du ja schon gezeigt, sondern eher Richtung mid und End Game und in welchen Situationen was sinnvoll ist. Ich sehe viele Spieler die permanent Standard wards setzen die dann sofort wieder weg sind oder an den falschen Positionen wo sie die auch schon im early game schon hatten. Danke und Grüße aus Deutschland 🇩🇪

    Another tip (which applies mostly only for low mmr) Harass the shit out of them. They don’t think about buying regen so even if you have less dmg on your hero you can fully fuck them out of lane without even having to pull any creeps spam harass abilities, get clarities or mangos to spam them out of lane in lvl 2-3
    You also let your pos 1 get last hits and push creeps into enemy tower when enemies are out of lane and the opponents will have less xp and farm.
    Also put a ward down behind their t1 for easy to spot kill potential if they’re trash buying regen or waiting for couriers. You can now snipe couriers or get free kills as they usually wait with almost 0hp near lane
    Also best supports in low mmr: Techies (they don’t hit mines) Ogre magi (hand of midas if you see your offlaner sucks). Abbadon/Io/Oracle for the same reason. Almost no one in low mmr thinks of prio targets in a fight, which means oracle/Io and abbadon can save almost anything freely and spam cast behind.
    Disruptor, enemies don’t play around glimpse that well and their positioning usually sucks.
    Worst supports in low mmr: Lich, he needs good players to utilize frost shield, Jakiro- he needs something and someone good to synergize macropyre with. Mirana, they will not utilize her ult properly.

    This should be required watching during queues for all roles. Like no joke, Valve should be teaching players this at this point.
