One thing I rlly like abt yatoro’s gameplay is he knows when to give up the safelane tower, so that he doesn’t burden his team to commit tps to protect him and they can apply pressure on more important parts of the map

since i've learned his farming pattern i always won a game as a carry 😂
first ocassion i'm using easy heroes such as juggernaut, sven
and then i use more complicated heroes like pl, tb, and morph.
even tho i don't have a decent team, his farm pattern is really useful.

Very informative, I think the main takeaways here, also from watching a lof ot his replays is the information gathering = how efficient his camera movement is (no wasted energy) he reads so efficiently and gather the right information at the right time; one of the keys for having sharp decision making not only on game movements but on his itemization aswell".

I think this is what separates him from others (interms of winning championships, other carry players tend to overdo information gathering like rtz (not hater, just on efficiency standpoint. Too much info is definitely good but understanding your limits to when you overload and be efficient is greater)
nowasted clicks, no unecesary info, no wasted energy, just precise read n calls, precise movements, precise itemizations, what else would you ask to strive for/? these itself would win you 8/10 of the games. not to mention, you also elevate your teammtes around you when you yourself is mentally sharp.
"we are all humans" like what his teammate yarik said @t10 finals. He knows the anatomy and the nuances of being human. It would be no doubt if he's as efficient off the game".

@@yshno5128 agreed like in Starcraft 2 there are so many pros grouping buildings and units. Over 10 groups and they spam tab and jump all over the map etc. to boost actions per minute to look amazing. False "amazing" if you ask me.
There's a Protoss GM pro that doesnt do that. He's smooth and efficient, he's in the top 3 of best sc2 players in my eyes.

"If the lane went poorly, that's on you!"
Would love a video about how to fix this issue, as a pos1 we often rely a lot on supports but how can I recognize what to do better and how to give myself a better lane instead of having a poorer one? In this video Mag is left alone so early he can afford this, but that rarely is the case in my games where the lane (or maybe I don't win lanes enough for it to happen?).
If everything that allows a carry to get ahead starts from the lane, definitely would love a video about this asap so we can improve :) Thanks Khezu!

Btw I think laning from different perspectives can be good content. For example when you're strong in the offlane, or weak on the safelane, etc. I guess it's not so easy to create content, but positioning, when to smoke gank, or how important are certain objectives (for example yatoro prioritized pushing mid in this video: why?) in regards to the current game state. I loved the draft videos so those can keep coming if you have memorable games in your mind. Sadly I'm not an expert on what brings the views, but those are interesting topics for me.

In my games usually there are 2 vs 1 carry, pos5 support is 0/5 feeding on the other side of the map, and enemy mid player ganking the carry basically nonstop. Welp, some loosing game turned into winning one would be interesting, too.

Thats too many excuses in one comment (no offense to you)
If you are being 2v1'd then dont start with variation 1, but go with 2.
If the mid is missing, start with variation 3 where you need to be very safe
There are a frw comments saying 'he had a free lane' which isnt wrong, but it doesnt change the concept. It just means he can start with variation 1.
You always have to consider what you see and how the game is going.
But i will make videos with harder scenarios and also losing lanes!
      Hope that helps

Kazoo, one really important question that often arises - how and when do you decide to shove the lane into the tower (so enemy Pos 3 farms as well) and when do you keep the lane static? Is there a universal formula to it? If you're having a good lane, keeping it static would destroy the enemy's Pos 3's game, but will hamper your own farm too as you wouldn't accelerate as much like Yatoro here did.

    • @KheZu
      @KheZu  Год назад

I think as a carry you generally want to keep YOUR own farm your priority.
If you can slowdown the enemy while doing so that's great.
Basically there are 2 variations to your question. You always want to use a pushed wave for a purpose. Either to farm or pressure.
      1) you play a flashfarmer like luna ta sven, just push in the lane and farm.
      2) you play a lane dominating hero who can pressure more and you dont have the best farming speed (abaddon, naix etc), these heroes prefer using a pushed wave to pressure when possible.

In the first game, in fact, far from the best actions were shown, for some reason the enchantres left the lane in order to stack triple and at the same time Magnus, like the luna, was in full freefarm on a line that he could not stand, it was necessary to push with enchantres tower in the bot, move to the top and, together with the offlaner, break the top, and then farm triple + lane.
