The townhouse looks great. Love what you have done with it so far. For me I would say a condo would be perfect. Small space and cant have too much stuff in it. Thanks for the update and stay safe.

Looks fantastic! Townhouse gives you a different feel . Personally that would be my choice over a condo but condos are generally closer to town .

Good luck on your new place I will pack my suitcase and move in tomorrow.😊 I am in town for a quick stop over and fly to Cambodia. I took your advice and bought some shoes at mbk because my feet and back were getting sore which always tells me I need new shoes. It took me over two hours going back and forth between Skechers and the sports discount place. Both places didn’t have many shoes in my size either half a size two big or small. I even tried shoes half size small or big as some aren’t sized correctly. I finally settled on a pair of Skechers just don’t like the color all white.

Your new home is really nice. You probably need to conceal all the tv and audio wires. I'm surprised that you didn't put an oven in. I know they are not very common, a convection microwave pretty much does the same thing, but I like cooking with one.Bedside lamps would be a handy addition. The home office is lovely. Condos and Villas have both positive and negatives.
Well the TV cables are already managed, and we did put an oven its just below the stove if u check it 😄

My gf and l own a bit of land up in Northern Thailand and will be planning to build a house up there when l want to stay with a bit of peace and quiet. In BKK, we’ll keep a rented condo there so best of both worlds.

I own a house with my wife I would never get anything but a home for resale and value my home was 5.6 million baht plus what I added so far 6.3 million house value has already gone up in just one year .

You need to stock up your town house now and then, from supermarket. Staying in city area condo is the convenience of travel and daily errands.

Looking really nice! Are there any yard space at your townhouse? How far is it from downtown Bangkok? I like quite places to sleep and relax but close to shops and street food. ❤
The area is 15 minutes drive from downtown Bangkok, and this area is full of gigantic malls markets and the new yellow Line train makes it more active

Congrats on your new home. its looking good! i too have already laid plans to move to Thailand in the next 10 years but it will be in Huahin instead of Bangkok. I have already bought the land and im just saying up from now till then to make sure I have enough to semi-retire by then.

Very nice place! Townhome is better than condo! More space and not sharing the floor is the best part of a townhome. I once lived in a condo and hated the noise coming from upstairs neighbors.

Hard to understand how it comes with no kitchen. I could never hang my TV on the wall. I cannot stand to see any cables or wires. Nice job adding that kitchen space.
TV cables look awkward. You need to conceal behind the wood work.
These Curtains attract more Dust, you need vacuum every month Or prone to Cold & Cough.

Congratulations on your new house, looking good but how do you really go ownership wise, visa stay and permanency when you are a farang, Does this concern you with one's financial security and long term status,. Unsure of your nationality and do you receive financial support from your european state or have you fled your homeland or are you just on one big adventure. Irrespective of me being inquisitive well done for being adventurous and living the good life free from the normal confines of the 9 to5 job most of us do.

Bought 2 town house in Bangkok. Will never buy another townhouse for own stay.
Why is that?
I didn’t hear which was the area which was the “near public transport” I bought my condo at prom pong In 2003, the project was a low rise with a 7 minute walk from emporium. I remember people tell me in those days it’s so far from silo,, sathorn are which in those days was the IN DISTRICT. Sam developed then here came emquatier and emsphere and now I am smack in the middle of a traffic nightmare. I don’t mind since. I mortoorcyle o walk around. I remember samrong was the end of the world before .
