This mall is not luxury mall. It is more of life-style mall where goods and food are affrodable , diversed and down-to-earth. Similarly to other malls in thier porfolio in outskirt of Bangkok like The Mall Life style Bangkapi / Nagam Wong Wan / Bang Kae. and I heard some part of this mall will be open 24hrs , some open till 3am. Not sure but hopefully true.
I think you should ask local Thai people if it's luxury or affordable ... one of the answers by a Thai person in the comments section maybe you should read it

I do not agree, the food prices were unaffordable for locals. During my four visits, I never saw anything that was 'affordable', I cannot imagine local people purchasing a Rolls Royce, or one of the other expensive brands.

I was there just twenty minutes after it opened on the 1st, it seemed to get busier every minute I was there. Unfortunately, even although I had four visits, I missed the classic cars on the top. The one aspect I was not keen on, was the ceilings which had an industrial 'not finished' look. Overall a nice vibrant mall, with some interesting design concepts.
Take a concrete parking garage with no sound absorbing material and fill it with mondo glitter and all the Gucci-YSL- etc names that can be found in many other malls and you have the most disappointing new rook joint in Bangkok history. Next time I’m in a mood for something like this I’ll go to the arrival hall at Suvarnabhumi Airport 😅
I had to order mine I got the kit Dji 3 It was 21,000 baht took 3 weeks to get from big camera shop in central mall siracha glad the other malls have it in stock.

Mall was full of Luxury Cars on the 2F. If that doesn't make it a luxury mall I don't know what does.
