I loved the green beans and the squash recipe. Just made them tonight. I am definitely making these for Christmas dinner. We call this squash "Acorn" squash unless there is another one that looks the same?!?!
One of my thanksgiving recipes is sweet potato casserole sans marshmallows, I prefer a brown sugar and pecan topping instead. Also I love a good turkey hash as a way to use leftover turkey.
