Once people experience the acceleration and smoothness of EVs, they'll quickly realize how much fun they are to drive. With instant torque, rapid acceleration, and improved technology, EVs are fast becoming the go-to for performance enthusiasts and everyday drivers.
It's not a Plaid. Plaids only come with the Model S tri motor and are not available in Australia. This is a Model 3 Performance Highland with a Ludicrous badge.
@@bob-qi4nr I do but that's a different issue. Think Hyperloop in 2013, shut down in 2023, Mars colonisation by 2024, Level 5 vehicle autonomy by 2018 still at Level 3 in 2024, A Million robotaxis on the road by 2020. Then in 2022 Musk said no further Tesla share sales planned (by him) then went on to sell over $20 Billion. Tesla shares fell 60%. The list goes on. Some might say he is visionary but some might just call BS.
Unfortunately I’m not putting one cent in crazy Elon’s wallet, so Teslas are off my purchase list. I bought a Volvo C40 rear drive instead. Very happy!
Totally get it. He doesn’t own the whole company and Tesla is much more than Elon, but I totally get it. I will say though, were it not for him no one would be driving electric cars and legacy car makers certainly wouldn’t be making them.
@@ElectrifyThisI supported Elon until he got behind Trump. I always thought he was unfairly criticized before but something definitely snapped for him to suddenly become a Trump supporter. He still deserves a lot of credit for the good things he's done. I drive a 2020 Model 3 Performance and love it. I'll likely buy more Teslas in the future still.

Drove the regular Tesla 3 on that day and was blown away by the acceleration. That and the MG4!
Welcome to the joy of a Tesla Performance!
😅
Great to see at the Transurban Drive Day, love your work, never, ever driving an ICE car again.
Hashtag just saying 😊xx love it ❤❤
Facial expression...Priceless.
My face has now recovered.
Priceless facials!
Insane car for the price.

Ah I thought afterwards I may have gotten that wrong! I was a bit distracted terrified TBH. You are of course 100% correct.
How dangerous is it going to be when everyone around you has an EV and the traffic light turns green? Even P platers.
Most EVs aren't this quick and are just as quick to accelerate as ICE cars.
P Platers in NSW cannot legally drive this model Tesla.
Depends. There are evs that aren't performance evs (Bolt, Base Ioniq, etc) and there are performance evs (M3P, Ioniq5N, Audi etron gt)
As much as I think EVs are the future, I would not give Elon Musk one cent.
