He says he's now a gentle God and he's the master of IKEA. IKEA is a Swedish company and the Vikings were from Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The gospel choir sings about Odin and the Vikings because they're all supposedly Vikings, that's why they dress like that and why they have the long beards. Since Odin is the master of IKEA they sing about his work, the products of IKEA. It's all full of references and puns like that
