He walked out and saw the huge crowd he was overwhelmed. I have had a mad crush on this guy for 30 yrs. I still follow him on social media lol. One of the best singers ever!
OMG! I remember being in high school, laying out by the pool, this Skid Row cassette playing on my boom box with the volume up. Such a different lifetime ago and much simpler days. Also reminds me of my high school sweetheart and when we broke up after 3 years. That's like 30 years in high school years. Lol. It's bittersweet. Thankfully after 35 years we're still friends and he will always have a special place in my heart.
Seen them live twice, the first show was incredible, Bach got so amped up with everyone response to Skid Row he jumped right into the crowd....twice..Security was having a fit... It was an incredible show, second one not so good, they had just gotten rid of Bach and if Kiss hadnt been playing next I would have left
I was there and they totally rocked !! Just over an hour set and then Guns N Roses played for over 2.5 hours and were on fire too !!! Awesome day out and I was there with one of my lifelong friends Gordon M who I still have as a friend 29 years later .... 🎶🎷🎼🎵❤️❤️❤️❤️🏴🏴🏴🏴🥃🥃🥃🙏🏼🙏🏼
Sebastian Bach has one of the most incredible voices out there! And yes, this song is beautiful...but don't get it twisted...Skid Row can fuckin rock my friend! Check out "Monkey Business" "Youth Gone Wild" "18 & Life" Thanks for another kick ass reaction! As always, you have made me laugh & smile!😁 You truly rock Mr. V! Luv ya man! 💥💯🖤🎶🤘
I was twenty-three when this song came out. Skid Row could go from a sentimental love song, like this, to an in-your-face metal anthem, like Youth Gone Wild in the blink of an eye.
I was at this very show and I still remember it like yesterday. Bas read a letter out from the local authority who wanted them not to play "Get The F@#k Out". You can imagine how that went down lol, 81000 rabid metalheads screaming "Get the F@#k Out " 🤟🤣🤟🤣🤟🤣 Priceless 🤣🤣🤣
Favorite Bas story. He was on a show called Supergroup a few years back. Took a bunch of guys from other bands threw em together and it was awesome. Anyway, a makeup artist was there to get them ready for a photoshoot, and Bas pulled out his own kit and started throwing on mascara. The artist was all "hey your really good at that" he replied "Honey, I've been doing my own makeup since Good Charlotte was nothing but a stain in their daddies boxer shorts." Boss.
Bazz wanted to go more metal, or at least less mellow... but the band was not into it. Their last gigs were troubled...Bazz convinced them to go on tour with GNR, then to a more metal tour in Latin America but the band was freaked out the audiences would kill them... They were not 100% wrong but Bazz knew that metal crowds could be won over as long as you did not chicken out...and he was more into partying and the metal life anyways. Bazz is still a fkng great singer and kept his public persona alive...
Sebastian Bach was so fkn awesome! But there were times the crowd turned but it was mostly on GNR when they refused to cover when the lead singer of Metallica was burned(on stage might I add) so bad and couldn’t finish they asked gnr to cover the last 20 minutes and and Axl said no. The fans FKN destroyed that place!
Dam dude. You really know how to pick em.. Didn't think Id ever see this performance on reaction channel. Sebastian was only 22 here. Great reaction!!!!!!
Ok yesssss now your moving into some of my old favs Skid Row, Motley Crue, Whitesnake, Slaughter, Firehouse, Def Leppard, Alice in Chains, Scorpions ...all these guys jam. A time when your man's hair looked as yours n you probably helped him with it before you went out. 😂😂😂 Good times but so many more good bands too... Journey, REO Speedwagon, Kansas, Metallica, Pantara, Dio, Ozzy, Dream Theater!!! Thank you for all the great videos lately it's the 1st thing I do when I'm done work. ❤️💯🧁🍭

Please listen to the official audio so you can get a sense of how his voice actually is! Yessssssss you said it! If the audience starts clapping something good is usually about to happen!
Thank you!!! I could not place it (yet) and you saved me time and brain cells working that out lol.. I thought let me scroll through the comments.. I can’t be the only one.. that is a great one too
Love this song!!! Sebastian has an incredible vocal range ...The music is definitely giving you the chills ... imagine how bad if you were there in person!! It’s a “thing” look it up!!
You were a 1 year old and I was 20 year old in college. This was a major hit! Sebastian Bach has an amazing voice! Not to go off my comment but I grew up with ALL kinds of music playing at home. On the weekends my parents would turn off the TV and we played records. I’ve heard a lot of music and have been to going to concerts since I was 10! That’s how cool my parents are! Music is a constant in our lives. So this year 2020 I had so many concerts to go to and finding you on RUclips has been fantastic. It takes my mind off of the fact that I can’t go to the 10 plus concerts I had tickets for. Thanks Mr. Video for listening to all kinds of music. It’s been a blast watching you discover this “new” music!
Was anyone else there? It was fucking amazing! Like, thirty years later it's still seared into my brain good! GnR were late, shambolic and sub par that day, but we had huge video screens playing Evil Dead II and when Skid Row came on it was so special. I know the whole ban thing was all theatre (at least today), but that whole fuck London council shit was great! Not only that, but they absolutely killed! A great set, huge energy, the highlight of a long day. Probably my number one gig, just for Seb being a iconic! I'm only sad I cannot hope to ever recapture this nowadays. The bus ride up, listening to Ride the Lightning and Maser of Puppets with likeminded people, that camaraderie, it just doesn't seem to happen now. I'm 'only' forty five, but music bores me to death these days. It's so homogenised... Can't believe he was only two years older than me when he did this!!!
@@rebecahamilton847 it really was! We were off to the left hand side of the stage (as you faced it), pretty close and the energy was amazing. Seb was such a great front man. I remember when this song came out. It hit me hard at the time. I was 18 and a single Mom. My sons father left as soon as he heard the words pregnant. I was so heart broken. My son is now 28 years old, soon to be 29 and his bio father still has nothing to do with him. It’s all good though. When my son was 6 months I met my now current husband and he’s raised my son since 6 months and he’s Dad to my son. The best Dad a son could ask for.
Love Skid Row saw them in 89 with Bon Jovi! I actually made my way up to front jumped over the barricade just as Sebastian jumped off stage to get closer to his fans and we were eye to eye, got to touch his hair 😁!!
I saw them on that same tour!! It was amazing!! I had just discovered their tape about a month before the concert and fell in love with them. One of the best concerts of my life
Omg, look at Sebastian's baby face, such a cutie! Man, you have to listen to some of their harder stuff like 18 and Life, Youth Gone Wild and Slave to the Grind. Brings back such good memories.
Skid Row the original line up was amazing!!! IN fact, they were the first metal band to debut at number 1 on the billboard charts when their second album Slave to the Grind came out! Every album was different and had kind of it's own theme. The first album was their pop kind of getting our name out there. The second album was more metal/punk like they wanted. The third was kind of they grew as artist and experiemented with some songwriting and inbetween the second and third they did a 5 song release cover album paying tribute to those they loved as kid. They let each member pick a song to cover. But yeah, they were amazing then because of a silly argument the band broke up and it is what it is now!
Munkee Brayn Stoo Yeah and Scotti makes his guitar squeal on the studio version. I remember when that song came out and when he hit that off note at the end of the solo I didn’t know what the hell just happened but I loved it!
They have more really rockin' songs, like 18 and life, Wasted time, Monkey business...all great. I saw them in an arena in 1991, I was in 2nd/3rd row, it was insanely crazy. Sebastian is awesome!!! Best concert , at least one of my favorites!! Please do more!
Check this out... Look on YT for.. Sebastian Bach. - This is the Moment He performed a song from Dr.Jeckell and Mr.Hyde on GMA ( Good Morning America ) The Regis and Kathy Lee Version Sux.. One of four of his shows of Broadway.. He did his own albums and now goes on 2 produce.. He also has a YT Channel
They call that hitting the Heavy Metal jackpot when SR got him in the band, he was a big reason why they were so good, SR is crazy not bringing him back.
Voice of an angel, indeed. This song always makes me feel sad and exhilarated at the same time.Check out "In a Darkened Room"next.Be prepared,it will break your heart.
Not trying to be a smartallic, but this is called a rock ballad. It may sound country because it's acoustic guitars and slow but rock ballads were huge for hair bands in the 80s. Love your videos man. Keep it up
Look out you're turning into a rocker rock music does that to you it makes you feel it a lot of songs give me goosebumps no matter how many times I hear them
You can say what ever you want but Sebastian Bach was one (the) best singer of his generation. If you want to witness for yourself, take a listen to Wasted time... You'll fall from your chair! Lol
Bro. Me and my girl love you. You were born the year I graduated high school. I got 2 DUI's now. No license. Watched your live stream couple days ago. Gonna cost me about 6 grand over my lawyer fees to get my license back. I know a bit more where u r coming from. Just moved to Indianapolis. Unemployed and counting on her for practically everything. Learned my lesson. Wish you the best and good luck my brother!

I saw that concert!! Not at Wembley but in Charlotte, NC. Wow! is all I can say! I got chills when Sebastian walked out too!! I was sooooo in love with him!! Lol. Great memories! But watch the official video to appreciate his iconic voice...this is live and well, he was so messed up, as usual!! haha
Sebastian Bach is a sweetheart, I have met him and I have seen Skid Row live, and was lucky to see them in a all acoustic set, once Sebastian meets you he will remember you forever, Hell I have met Poison, Kix (they are from where I live) ...I would love to forget Kiss..sorry but Gene Simmons is a asshole...the best meeting was Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show , damn the alcohol and the weed damn you should have a reaction to one of their songs "The Cover of Rolling Stone" " Yodel Song" damn Ray can yodel "Freakin' at the Freaker's Ball" they were stoned at every performance, and my greatest moment was when Ray Sawyer introduced me to Shel Silverstein...I have met so many oh my AC/DC...Bob Seger is another favorite, damn good memories
Watching you react to this video made my whole night. I get the goosebumps everytime I hear Skid Row. That the iconic Amazing music and voice doing that to you. His voice soothes the soul. Omg I laughed and absolutely had a great time watching this. I'll be waiting for more. Thank you.
I was there that day, Nine Inch Nails, Skid Row and GNR.... Still have my ticket somewhere.... GNR were over an hour late on stage, the crowd made human pyramids and girls climbed up and took their tops off, cameramen making sure they were on the big screens... Brilliant day!
Summer of 1991…I’d just graduated high school, I was all about the hair bands and was so in love with Sebastian Bach. It’s crazy that I still remember this stuff, but it’s a testament to how meaningful music is to us. During that summer tour, Skid Row had just released their second album, Slave to the Grind and I was anxiously awaiting G’n’R’s Use Your Illusion albums. All three of those records were pure brilliance! I didn’t get the opportunity to see Skid Row with G’n’R, but Skid Row actually came to North Dakota on their headlining tour that next fall. It was another epically iconic lineup…my freshman year of college I actually got to see Pantera open for Skid Row! I still remember, 29 years later, seeing that show with my friend, Bridget. We were bummed that we that couldn’t get floor tickets, but were still so thrilled to have gotten a couple of the last available tickets. We had nosebleed seats, but at least we were there, and it was a relatively small venue, so we could still see the stage well. At the time, it was like a dream that I was actually getting to see Skid Row, and I was blown away by the up-and-coming Pantera. That was my first time seeing mosh pits and stage diving. There’s no other word for it, that night was absolutely epic! At the time, grunge was gaining momentum, Nirvana’s “Come as you Are” had just come out. Grunge was the antithesis of the “glam metal” era associated with hair bands and a type of cancel culture took place. As the dirty, stripped down, music with a message of the new genre was embraced; the hair bands were rejected. The attitude was that glam metal was all about sex, drugs, and the excesses of the 1980’s “Me Generation” and suddenly record companies and radio stations wouldn’t touch them…that was the death of the hair bands. Regardless of the content the bands were actually producing, if they were ever considered a hair band or glam metal, by the mid 1990’s, they had become a punch line. Skid Row broke up when Sebastian accepted an offer to tour with Kiss, the rest of the band (except the drummer) said they were too big to be an opening band. Sebastian said they could never be too big to open for Kiss, but the band wasn’t swayed. Sebastian left Skid Row in 1996, he went on to perform on Broadway, and did some acting and reality shows. Skid Row has continued on, replacing Sebastian and the drummer, who said he wouldn’t perform as Skid Row without Sebastian.
I am 49 & I married in 1988... loved Skid Row so much! This one made me cry Leo, made me go back to some great times!!! And didn't see them at Wembley but did see them in Memphis Tn & they was AMAZING! Sebastian Bach had such a unique voice 🔥 When I think you can't get any better at reviewing these songs you shock the shit out of me!! And by the way,I have twin sons your age!! Stay safe❤️🤩💃🏼🤗
Do "18 and Life." I hope you can do the official music video. You'll trip out on what the dude goes through. I performed "18 & Life" at my high school's talent show. I came in 2nd. Three friends of mine did "Push It" and won 1st place. They deserved it, they put so much energy into their performance. I decided to do the song with a single stage light, I had ripped jeans and a metal shirt. The crowd went crazy when I picked up the microphone stand, tilted it sideways and pretended to belt the heck outta the end of the bridge in the song. I know I just sounded like Al Bundy telling his high school stories, but that night was epic for me. Skid Row was bad a*#! FYI - My 2nd favorite Skid Row song was "Youth Gone Wild." Any way, peace out.
I was at this concert and it was such a great atmosphere as Skid Row has just released their first album and were supporting one of the biggest bands of the time. Nine Inch Nails were the first band on and were really good, but didn't go down well with the crowd as was different style of music. Was an amazing day!
Dude, you have GOT TO listen to the studio versions of these songs! Some of these live versions just plain suck. Watch the music videos, not the live performances. Unless you can't for some licensing reasons.
He was a great singer, period. Too bad that he became a Wino, and his manager cut him from future record deals, Uncle Ted Nugent tried to help him out, Ted never drank in his life, he knew what time it was , if you want to carry on, but he would not listen to Ted, and the wine became his life, what a shame to a great singer that had it made,
Saw them a few years ago at Jones Beach, N.Y. (Tesla, Skid Row and Styx.) Went with one of my friends from High School (friends since 3rd grade). Such a great night of nostalgia. 🤘🏻
The 80s the decade of the power ballad!! Power Ballads were how most Metal groups got the girls in the audience. GNR & Skid Row together back in the day was a great concert. I went to see them in the summer of 1991 it was great.
I saw this tour in 1991, not at Wembley Stadium but here in the Midwest USA, in Axl Rose's home state in the 10th row and it was insane fun and wild! There are quite a few videos of the Guns N Roses show in Indianapolis from 1991 from this tour with Skid Row.
Sebastian Bach was prettier than a lot of women back in the day.
I have to agree with that 100%

Every album was different and had kind of it's own theme. The first album was their pop kind of getting our name out there. The second album was more metal/punk like they wanted. The third was kind of they grew as artist and experiemented with some songwriting and inbetween the second and third they did a 5 song release cover album paying tribute to those they loved as kid. They let each member pick a song to cover. But yeah, they were amazing then because of a silly argument the band broke up and it is what it is now!
If you haven't heard the song, you really should hear the album versions 1st (for all songs)
Album versions are cleaner, crisper, no audience noise, much much better
Munkee Brayn Stoo Yeah and Scotti makes his guitar squeal on the studio version. I remember when that song came out and when he hit that off note at the end of the solo I didn’t know what the hell just happened but I loved it!
I wasn’t there but I was probably conceived there LOL
Got damn! Luv your reactions!
Yeah.. Mr V..... oh man did that bring back memories!!!.. it’s BRILLIANT”
Love Skid Row, you should do Wasted Time one of his greatest in my opinion really shows his amazing vocals!
Next up: "Slave To The Grind"

OH Yaaaassss! The hair in the '80's! One of my favs from high school. More Skid Row!
When They Did 18 & Life At Same Concert Tho 🔥
Sebastian is beautiful, excellent voice, long hair, tall, and perfect front man for a band.
They call that hitting the Heavy Metal jackpot when SR got him in the band, he was a big reason why they were so good, SR is crazy not bringing him back.
Voice of an angel, indeed. This song always makes me feel sad and exhilarated at the same time.Check out "In a Darkened Room"next.Be prepared,it will break your heart.
we all used Aussie hir products, and aqua net
Not trying to be a smartallic, but this is called a rock ballad. It may sound country because it's acoustic guitars and slow but rock ballads were huge for hair bands in the 80s. Love your videos man. Keep it up
1991 I was entering the Navy, feel old now
Thank you for your service!🇺🇸🚢
More Skidrow please!!! Wasted Time is a good one! Great vocals! 🤩
A good rock ballad will give you goose bumps, that’s how you know it’s good. Speaks to your soul!

You can say what ever you want but Sebastian Bach was one (the) best singer of his generation. If you want to witness for yourself, take a listen to Wasted time... You'll fall from your chair! Lol
I saw Skid Row in concert in 1989. I was only 13. Was such a great experience. This brings up so many memories. Glad you enjoyed it!
Skid Row has some great songs the singer Sebastian Bach has an amazing voice
Yes, music does give you chills..........even when you're playing it and nailin' it (that's extra special)

80s rock was spectacular. We all got goose bumps back then. The music was untamed
Sebastian Bach could sing. 18 and Life you would probably like Mr V or Youth Gone Wild.
I have seen nine inch nails live. They put on great show.
Baby NIN
I was blessed enough to catch that tour when they came through Missouri. There was a 3rd group that rocked but I forget who. Amazing show!
Hey, you got some love from Jamel AKA Jemal today.
One of my all time favorite voices.
YOU KNOW I GOTTA SAY IT , MORE HARD ROCK YOU MR RICK JAMES VIDEO MAN BIG POWER ASHY ROCK
Slave to the grind next please, they have so many great songs
I am 49 & I married in 1988... loved Skid Row so much! This one made me cry Leo, made me go back to some great times!!! And didn't see them at Wembley but did see them in Memphis Tn & they was AMAZING! Sebastian Bach had such a unique voice 🔥 When I think you can't get any better at reviewing these songs you shock the shit out of me!! And by the way,I have twin sons your age!! Stay safe❤️🤩💃🏼🤗
Have you considered changing the name of your channel to "It's Brilliant!"?
Hell yeah
Those chills are the amazing voice that Bach had..makes ppl have "feelings". Lol..He was awesome!,😎
He was just taking in the moment being there and overwhelmed by the crowd ☺️
It's called Pantene hair. Because everybody use Pantene.
U are so correct! I moved in with my son's mother in law. She's black and won't use anything but pantene products! Lol
Great choice! Im a former 80s groupie and I just adored him!
He was a great singer, period. Too bad that he became a Wino, and his manager cut him from future record deals, Uncle Ted Nugent tried to help him out, Ted never drank in his life, he knew what time it was , if you want to carry on, but he would not listen to Ted, and the wine became his life, what a shame to a great singer that had it made,
He still plays n tours tho. Well before pandemic he was.
Sebastian still tours and he is awesome as a solo artist. He still has albums coming out
Saw them a few years ago at Jones Beach, N.Y.
Loved them back then and still do. Seeing this video of them brought tears to my eyes and you made me laugh. Thank you so much for reacting to it.
this reaction made me a fan of you bro.
You gotta look up the Moscow music peace festival! Skid row, guns and roses, Bon Jovi, motley crew, and soooo many more!
I saw them in Charlotte NC in 91, Pantera opened. My first concert I was 13 years old
I wasn't at this one, but GNR/Skid Row was a whole tour. I saw them together in Philadelphia. Absolutely phenomenal
