He’s amazing. He has a huge personality and that turns many off. And he was pretty hardcore into drugs and alcohol which turned a lot of people off given his impulsive behavior. But I think he’s a genuinely good person, an incredible vocalist and a devoted fan of rock music. I’m a huge fan.

1996, KISS had the biggest tour of the year. THE BIGGEST EVENT OF 1996. In fact, one of the biggest events of the 90s. Highest grossing tour of 1996. Would have been huge for them to be opening on that tour, exposing themselves to sold out shows and stadiums of 10s of thousands of people each night. Many times solid bands who open for the big boys can help the band become one of the big boys. KISS, Ozzy, Metallica, Van Halen, AC/DC, Scorpions- you give your left nut to open for these bands as it can open you to stardom. I may not like Bach but he was absolutely right on having the band open for KISS

Although thing is, they never said they were too big to open for Kiss. That was never said by the band period, but that however is what Sebastian says and ONLY Sebastian says. The band (all of them) tell a different story and that story is, they had just gotten off a long tour and were tired and burnt out and wanted to spend some time with their families. Bach accepts a Kiss tour without consulting with them first, like he thought he could make decisons for the whole band by himself? He was the voice of the band singing wise, but he wasn't the voice decision wise, that was a decision the whole band needed to make. They opened for Kiss four years later, they also didn't want to tour with Bach anymore. That was just one of the many nails in his coffin for them.

I have to say after being married to a semi famous drummer who had his share of bands thats been on tour did vidoes on MTV in the 80s and 90s but all band mates have problems with each other. They all have big egos and they all have ideas they think is best so they clash. The biggest thing I noticed its the egos that get in the way. I love my husband married 28 yrs but he had a big ego when it came to music he always wanted things his way and so did the other band mates. Every band has its clashing moments and many cant get over it... musicians are a different breed wild crazy big egos and a lot of fun. I guess all that craziness is what make us love our favorite bands and we hate it when they're no longer together.
How I miss those days 80s and 90s where great times. Meet my husband in the early 90s crazy ass musician that stold my heart we were crazy in love thru all the craziness. He passed away a few months ago how I miss his crazy ass. A musician that actually stay married and truly loved me.

It sounds ridiculous to say, but as the vocalist in a STP tribute, I’ve run into the same problems. If you want the best musicians, they expect to be paid to rehearse and a minimum for shows as if they are “session” guys. People: this is why most unsigned bands suck that you see locally or in clubs. It’s economics.

I had to deal with him at a radio promotion. He had one of our street team girls in his section. The girl was needed somewhere else (as an employee of the station) He told us to "F&*k off! she's with me!" then threw a beer bottle at one of our sales reps...The street team employee was unceremoniously threw OFF the tour bus as they started driving away (Peoria IL)

Erik Grönwall is the best version since early Skid Row. I would rather watch Skid Row with Erik today 👍🏼

Sorry, but the band (besides the drummer) are really up themselves. It started with Bach doing a deal with Kiss, thinking everyone would be really happy (he should have consulted first, but the band thought they were too important to play with the legends that are Kiss. Big as Skid Row were, they are full of themselves for thinking this). Bach was understandably pissed, as was the band, and Bach shouldn't have left a rude message. But it was just a fight. That's all, and it happens to everyone. And they band says they don't care about the fans, it's about them being happy. That's really disrespectful to us fans. We made them what they are, and when they fired Bach, they've pretty much dropped off the map. They should at least get together to do re masters of those first 3 albums, but the band just won't. And when touring, they don't even have to talk to each other or hang out. Many bands do this because they don't get on. Again, the band doesn't care and won't do it. Bach has come out on a few occasions and stated he would work with them again. The band members need to get their act together and stop being selfish.... and its not like they won't make a stack of cash. Anyway, rant over. Sorry for that, but as a big fan, I feel disrespected and sort of cheated. What do you all think?

He didn't say he didn't care about the fans, he said he didn't want to play with Bach for the good of his mental health. It's easy to say that they don't have to talk to each other to tour, I say it's impossible, especially at the level they would do it, which would be theater level. I saw them at their peak, on the slave to the grind tour, and they were playing 4000 seats arenas. So even if Bach come back, that won't put them back in 10,000 seats arena. No, if they don't want to play with him, that's their choice, big deal, there's bunch of other bands out there to listen too. It's hard to play in a band with someone you don't get along with, unless you are super huge, and make shit load of cash, which won't be their case. It's not worth it for them, and I get it.

Or Baz broke Snakes heart or he sold his soul to the devil. Nothing else makes sense after 30 years. They should really grow up and get back together. They owe it to the fans, we made them who they are. They should be more humble. The fans want Baz, get your asses together, C'mon.

There should be a badass metal Dr. Phil type "therapist" to help many bands resolve issues and mend relationships. Would make an interesting reality show at the very least.

In 96 Skid Row were not too big as an opener for Kiss, which had one of the biggest tours in the mid 90’s. Look at where the ended up after firing Sebastian!

Seriously? Millions disagree. I've seen hundreds of concerts, and Skid Row opening for Airosmith in 98 was my favorite. They were incredibly powerful. Slave to the grind still holds up. Curious why you think that. Wasn't one person in 18000 that wasn't on there feet. That band had everyone captivated
