God I love her voice, it's gorgeous.
I find it interesting that most of the time she sounds like a boy, and a really good voice for karkat, but on occasion you can hear the feminine tone in her lovely voice, especially on higher and longer notes.
Most people wouldn't like this, but I love it, it gives Karkat a more innocent sound, reminds us that he is, all in all, just a 13 year old kid who watched his friends, and entire universe, break and fall apart.
Maybe I'm looking too much into it.
This is so true of Karkat, I can see him singing this late at night, when he thinks everyone is asleep, his brave facade falling in a moment of weakness, seeing his friends falling one by one to enemies, and to allies, and to friends, betrayal and fear, and sorrow. Always sorrow.
Ugh, listening to this on repeat, and I'm tearing up every time, especially with my image of Karkat in my mind. *wipes eye* Damnit, all this crying is messing with my contacts! *pops out green contact, revealing brown eye, dries eyes, puts contact back in*

Homestuck has caused some of the greatest friendships I've had.
Made me realize that it's okay to be gay.
My online friends call me KK in honor of Karkat since I would Role play him and I would try to act like I could handle anything but in reality I'm broken.
Its helped my mental heath and though that the health of my friends.
I will never "grow out" of the homestuck fandom. It's been there for me when I couldn't do anything and will forever love it.
