Thou Shalt Monetize! - The 10 Commandments of a Content Capitalist

“Do what you love, and you'll never work a day in your life” is bullshit!
Confucius is over 2,000 years old and never even used the internet.
But “Make money doing what you love” I can get on board with that one.
There’s 3 main ways content creators make money, and Content Capitalists Prioritize just one.
1. Ad revenue
2. Sponsorships
3. Lead generation and sales
Influencers focus on views, likes and shares, which gets them Ad revenue and Sponsorships.
Content Capitalists prioritize building a personal brand that generates leads and sales for their own business.
Winning is measured in terms of MRR, or Monthly Recurring Revenue.
I do love to watch me some Mr. Beast and AGT on RUclips, but when it comes to content creation, I stay in my lane.
