LM's is not renaming yoga moves... "Bodybalance" is a combination/series of simple "yoga" [... which will include Vinyasa, etc.] moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Thanks! I just joined a club and they have these classes on screen. Its going a bit fast for me to get the poses and sequence -this is al new to me. This helps tremendously! The music is louder than the instructors, so I cannot always understand what they are saying.

Some parts of BB are inspired by yoga. It's not the yoga practice per se. Sure the position is called that, but in the concept of BB, it's not necessarily their intent to use the specific yoga term.

About 1:59 the instructor says we are going to learn a little sun salutation - I think it’s the accent that maybe makes you miss it.
