    Outstanding. Nobody has done this. Five of the main Indian chutneys laid out in interesting easy to follow and delicious recipes. The look of everything is good. Your videos are thought out and shot well and your passion for making great food is infectious. Keep it coming!

      You mean using peanuts & mint?

    I do like that you have pairing suggestions thanks 👍is black salt similar to aromatic salt that I've seen in some Indian cookbooks?

      Thanks. Black salt or kala namak is a bit different . It is like burnt salt, little pungent and used in chaats etc in india. 👍❤️❤️
