Tip: you can re-lock (alt+x by default) immediately after locking an undesirable target (flare, ally, sun, etc); the seeker will stop tracking the undesirable target and immediately prime once more, instead of switching off (because that's what the button usually does, switching the seeker on and off). this way, you don't have to drag your gimbal off from the currently locked target every time. Also catches people off-guard if they've just flared.
First comment. I just got the mig 21 smt. Very good plane, weapons, airframe and engine power. The ability to extend and climb really helps it, as dogfights are non existent. I am trying to learn top tier missile thunder, as I just got into jets from props .

I Just got the Mig-21 MF and the craziness it cases to F-5C and A-10 players is on a whole new level.

The MF is even better. IIRC the smt only has r3s and r3r. as for top tier missiles, I highly recommend tims varieties stuff.
