Along with the rest of HiFi and all its little features and facilities, design foibles, quirks, highs and lows? HiFi is not about the what - it's the how. That's what I look for in a review, for example.
My top tip this week is to try pronouncing Audite as if it were spelt “ow- dee-tay”. This would give you Audite!, Latin for “Listen!” which seems appropriate. An example of its use would be, “Listen, it’s only £105,000!
I just bought a pair of Audiovector QR3 SE's, I must say they are excellent. I compared to Martin Logan F10's, they handily beat them. The QR3's were more resolving, mids were sweeter, voices seem to hover and you hear right into the recording. I hope you do a comparison or review of these on your channel. Looking at your album artwork you should take a look at Shirley Bassey's "Something Else" album....the artwork back and front is great.
That wonderful photo of Churchill was taken by a photographer named Karsh. The Story is that Churchill only had a couple minutes between meetings for the photo and sat down with his cigar in his mouth. Karsh was set up and ready go go. After a couple requests for Churchill to remove the cigar which Chirchill ignored, the story has it that Karsh stepped up and yanked it from his mouth, generating the famous Churchill scowl.
