simple and clean way for ques no. 7- let n be the days they worked together we know total amount of work done is 1 so, ( 1/20+1/25 )*n + 10*( 1/25 ) = 1 9n/100 + 2/5 = 1 9n + 40 = 100 n = 60/9 = 20/3
An easier method of solving question 10 just use the normal technique that he described earlier and at the end divide by 2 because only one person works on a given day Raj does 1/16 work in 1 day Suraj does 1/12 work in 1 day Raj + Suraj when working alternating, = 1/12 + 1/16 work in 2 days = 1/2*( 1/12 + 1/16) work in 1 day = 7/96 work in 1 day Raj + Suraj does 7/96 work in 1 day, so, they do the work in 96/7 = 13.75 days
For Qn 2 We can use an eqn M1 ×D1×H1/W1 = M2×D2×H2/W2 Where M1, M2 - no of men D1, D2 - no of days H1, H2 - no of hours W1 ,W2 - no of work This eqn can be used in such type of problems. In this question M1 = 24 M2= 30 D1 = 10 D2 =? Therefore , M1×D1 = M2 ×D2 D2 =M1 ×D1/M2 = 24×10/30 = 8 days 😇😇😇😇

in the question q is more efficient than p ..so i took 100% for p for easy calculation...so p:q is 100:125 means 4:5 work and time efficiency for p:q is 1/4x:1/5x....means 5x:4x..x is time here...5 and 4 are work part.. already we know p has done in 30 days...5x is 30 means 5x=30 so x =6...now we have to find the days took by q...so q part is 4x so 4*6=24
9th question can be done in a simpler way. I got the same ans doing less calculation. A's one day work = 1/12 [8hrs per day] B's one day work = 1/8 [10hrs per day] if 1/8 work is done in 10 hrs, the amount of work done in 8 hours will be 1/10 now we have both A and B 8 hrs work per day 1/12 + 1/10 = 11/60(one day's work together) total time taken = 60/11 days

sir, the 9th question can be done in a much more simpler manner just by finding the one day work by A AND B in 8 and 10 hrs respectively ie for A 1/12 amt of work in 8hrs for B 1/8 amt of work in 10hrs which can be found for 8hrs so B's 8hr work will be 1/10 (using unitary method) so now.....both have same 8hrs work so (1/12)+(1/10)=11/60..................................total work in one day by both so the answer would be by inverting ie......60/11....(saves lots of calculation time) thankyou,,,

For the 1st question.. Work Efficiency => a: b= 5:1 Time efficiency=>a:b= 1:5 So b takes 60 more days to complete the work So..b days - a days = 5x-1x = 60 => 4x=60 =>x = 15 So b= 5x => 5*15=75 and a= 75-60= 15... thats it...let me know if u got any doubt...

SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM PLEASE: A and B together can complete 75% of a work in 33 days while A, B and C together can complete the whole work in 26 days. If ‘C’ is 12.5% more efficient than B then find the time taken by A and C together to complete 70% of the work.

sir, the 9th question can be done in a much more simpler manner
just by finding the one day work by A AND B in 8 and 10 hrs respectively
ie
for A
1/12 amt of work in 8hrs
for B
1/8 amt of work in 10hrs which can be found for 8hrs
so B's 8hr work will be 1/10 (using unitary method)
so now.....both have same 8hrs work
so (1/12)+(1/10)=11/60..................................total work in one day by both
so the answer would be by inverting ie......60/11....(saves lots of calculation time)
thankyou,,,
What is unitary method
Anubhav Verma Q6 can also be done by unitary method
What is unitary method can u explain it
Unitary method is nothing but cross multiply.
In this case:
B can do 1/8 amount of work in 10 hours then B can do x amount of work in 8 hours. After cross multiplying, we get
10x = 8/8 i.e. x = 1/10

6th question... If 4 boys work 1/6 a day... Then 40boys that is 4*10 boys will work 10*(1/6) a day ! simple.
The way of teaching is excellent sir and i willing to listen more and more 😊😊 thank you sir
Q6. Simple way: Find 1 day work by 3 men (1/2), 1 day work by 1 men (1/6) similarly 1 day work by 4 boys (1/4), 1 day work by 1 boy (1/24). then find 1 day work by 8 men (8/6) and 1 day work by 8 boys (8/24) add them get answer (3/5) .......lol
thnx
these videos are really helpful. Great job
How many watching in 2024
what an explanation sir...
you are a fabulous teacher.
For the 1st question..
Work Efficiency => a: b= 5:1
Time efficiency=>a:b= 1:5
So b takes 60 more days to complete the work
So..b days - a days = 5x-1x = 60
=> 4x=60 =>x = 15
So b= 5x => 5*15=75 and a= 75-60= 15... thats it...let me know if u got any doubt...
@@mixedbyhals1329 tell me if im wrong...and clarify if u are smart enough.. dont be a dumbass tryin to judge.!...and the answer is correct..im sure ur poor at math.. birdbrain!!😂😂

Easy way to do question 5 : Since Q is 25% more effecient than P,
P = 0.25Q + Q = 1.25Q.
Hence Q = 4P/5.
Now put P = 30
=>Q = 24.
"simply invert.....",😃
sir , ab to ekadam bawal chesse ho , bahot acche se samjate ho
Thank You sir! Especially I found the last sum more clearer which was very confusing before.
I have to say this...THANK YOU SO MUCH, SIR.
No 8 :
Together n days
P alone n+25, Q alone n+9
So, {(n+25)×(n+9)}÷(n+25+n+9) = n
n^2 =225
n=15
See,how easy it was!
Thanks a lot 😊
Sir...I like ur way of teaching

2024 attendance
I think this channel is my silver lining.♥️
19:50 another easy way to calculate is
*Find the work per day for 3 MEN and 4 BOYS
* Then cross multiple 3 MEN with 8 MEN And 4 BOYS with 8 BOYS like we did in 8:23
* And then Add both values for the final results 😊
Just invert
Just woww 💥
SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM PLEASE:
A and B together can complete 75% of a work in 33 days while A, B and
C together can complete the whole work in 26 days. If ‘C’ is 12.5% more
efficient than B then find the time taken by A and C together to complete
70% of the work.
Really good question
I have solved it more than half and I know which steps I should take next but I am lazy rn to do this much calculation
For proof (total days required to work be done by A and B is 44 days, work done by c in one day is 9/572, work done by B in one day is 9/1.125*572 ....)
Calculate the rest by yourself 🥱
thanks man. never realized time and work questions are not that difficult
Please make video on set theorey , way of teaching in careerride is excellent. Thank you

In 9th problem, calculation of A and B working together consumes 2hrs for the work (176/(96*80)). Final answer is 120/11.
