If 6 women ☕ can complete a work in 3 days then 1 women work for 1 day would be 1/6x3 =1/18
9 girls work for 2 days means 1 girl work for 1 day would be 1/9x2 =1/18
For 8 women and 6 girls it would be 8x1/18 + 6x1/18 = 4/9 + 1/3 = 7/9 for one day . When reciprocaled 9/7 for complete work .
