    If you have a deficiency in vitamin D that can also play a big role in your hair loss too. some people with hair loss could be lacking a vitamin D nutrient and don't even know it.

    This is awesome thank you so much for the upload. I've started on a brand new diet. Which consists of eggs, almonds, fruits, red meats, etc.

    I started to very slowly thin at 15 years old, I knew NOTHING … about diet back then, and neither did my young moronic parents. Losing hair at 15 is Fucking humiliating. My diet was so bad. Tons of monster energy drinks. Never any vegies. Always garbage. McDonald’s. Ugh it all makes so much sense now. But what bothers me, is there are people that ate the same way. My best friend growing up always ate shit, in his 20’s became an alcoholic. All he drank daily was jagermister ( idk how to spell it ) but he would drink that, eat garbage, and drink energy drinks !!!! STILL NO THINNING, GO FUCKING FIGURE !

    She forgot to mention the most important thing to include in your diet: Drinking enough water. Staying hydrated.

      Thank you for sharing. I am thinking about cutting eggs and dairy to see how they impact my body too. How about gluten? does it have any impact on your hair loss?
