This is what happens, the developers slowly stop taking care of their buildings. The swimming pool is one of the first things to go. This building will be in disrepair within 5-10 years, the generators will stop working etc… you can tell by the laundry cages not many people live there. Most likely the building isn’t getting enough HOA fees to do simple maintenance, much less extensive maintenance. These large buildings are very expensive to maintain. I hope your subscriber finds the place he is looking for! This is a wake up call video for people looking to buy a condo, this place isn’t that old.

Wow! Nobody rents a place forever. For $450 a month , I'll drop some chlorine in the pool myself. You say 5-10 years, I'll be ready to move on to some place else by then. And actually the people who are living in the place are trying to break the lease so they can move on. So I don't see a problem For the average person. If you're coming out of the united states , a place like that would cost you three as much. The average person renting that place is not going to come there to die. There will be plenty of places to move when the time comes. Right now it sounds like a pretty good deal.

@@garrett4583don't take this wrong, I was wondering when the death walk is near, where is a good place to move to there in the Philippines. We don't live forever, so many will have that feeling time is running out. take me for example, in good health as of now, age 74, but my strength is fading fast. I give myself maybe 5 to 10 more years. I'd like to see the Philippines before I meet my maker, so I'm planning on going there next year, health provided. I may stay there for 6 months, then back to the states. this way I keep my Medicare insurance. I'll bounce back and forth to the Asian countries like this until my time is up.

😂 Deaf walk? Man nobody can predict how long we have. I'm in great shape. Half a few pounds around the midsection that I need to work off. But I'm working on that every day. And the philippines will help me do that. I've been to the philippines I don't look at it as a Death walk. They say, if you think about death too much , you may find a way to make it happen. You said you're in good shape now. There's about 7000 Islands over there. So go explore and check things out. My advice to you would be if you're going to go to the philippines, leave your negative attitude about the philippines and you being born in the best country in the world, bullshit at home and come enjoy yourself. As far as insurance is concerned, I'm coming back every year for my physical so, I will keep my medicare insurance. As far as death is concerned, The Philippines is a good a place as any to die. And it's also a pretty good place to live. It's also a good place to save some money. Especially if you live in the United States. It's getting harder and harder to save any money here. I wish you well on your death walk..😂

Well, I wouldn't know since I don't live in a section 8. I've owned Section 8 rentals so I suppose that's an insult Because I'm black. At any rate, It looks like a pretty good deal to me. Maybe not for you, because you're so above section 8 housing. If you are Equating that to a section eight , thean, obviously you don't know what a section eight is. Most of the payment for a section 8 is paid by the government. The renter only pays a small portion. So no that's not Equivalent to a section 8! 🤨

What you called "gauges" on the toilet at 2:36 is actually a bidet. What's that?
Well, instead of using toilet paper to wipe clean your bum, you flip a switch, or whatever, a water stream then washes your bum clean.
Bidets are universal in Japan, I don't know about other Asian countries.
I have been using a bidet for about 10 years now. I assure you, once you use a bidet you will never go back to using TP. Moreover:
    - A bidet is overall extremely more sanitary.
    - You don't run the risk of soiling your wiping hand (because your hand never touches that area).
    - It is cleaner, your bum is sparkling clean, something that can never be achieved using TP.
    - A water stream is gentle on your bum hole (especially if you have the runs).
    - You save a ton of money (we have the same roll of toilet paper by the toilet, that was put there four years ago).
    - When there's a paper shortage (remember that, during the pandemic), you don't care because you are using your $40 bidet (yeah, they are that inexpensive, and it installs in minutes).
    - Bidets are inexpensive. A basic no frills model are often on sale for $19 USD. The hot/cold water models can be had for $40.
Bonus Tip: Don't spend hundreds on those fancy electronic bidets. You are washing your bum with a stream of water. The $30 bidet will get the job done.
    - Finally, a bidet installs in minutes. (Took me 20 minutes to install mine because I ran an extra line to the bathroom sink so I could use hot water too.) The install only entails you tapping into the water line that runs to your toilet's water tank.
Note: most bidets include the standardized open-end box wrench you need for loosening and tightening the water line nuts.
Bonus Tip: If you live in cold country and the water from the pipe is almost ice water, buy the hot/cold water bidet. Your bum will thank you.
