Wouldn’t be easier to just tip motor on its side when putting on the drain plug ? Grand motor is small enough to do that.

no, that’s how you get engine oil where it doesnt belong

You do realize outboards have a transport side ? Hence honda makes them to be tipped on their side.
Maybe own a few outboards before commenting like a fool :D
