So glad to show my Hoyas some love again after awhile. These are some of my faster growling Hoyas (fast for hoya standards anyway). Hope you guys enjoy and let me know which Hoyas are your fast growers!
Hoyas are the best and yours are beautiful. I like large and small leaf Hoya. Long thin leaf or chunky round leaf or perfect oval shapes. I like veined leaf and the prehistoric looking leaf. They’re all good! 🥰. The first year I had my Shepherdii it just existed much like a rock. Purchased it in a 4 inch pot so that must have been his first year, the year he slept. He crept his second year and this year he is leaping.😊. My Hoya Princess, however, is a beast! My Krohniana has been a fast grower and will have to be repotted by the end of Summer. Many thanks for this video and for all the good content! 👌🪴🥰
mathilde's a major wishlist for me. any pubicalyx as well as krohniana have been very fast growers for me. and can't speak for everyone, but even with my AirPods in, I honestly could barely hear the train. thanks for sharing your hoyas!
Oh thanks for letting me know about the train, I it was quite loud for me and was worried. But if it isn't too annoying, I'll continue to talk over it :) Funnily, my krohniana has stagnated in growth for me at this stage and I'm not sure why that is. Also, good to know about the pubicalyx! Thanks for sharing!
I just got a tiny cutting of Hoya Zambales and it’s so cute like a mini Wayetii. It’s growing new leaves in a week (in Sydney winter). I love having your Australian based plant content thank you.
Oh!! I just learned about that plant from Wolfgangmama's Video and it's so adorable! I didn't realise it's now available in Aus, I'll def keep an eye out :) would love to hear more about other Hoyas you have! So good to meet another Aussie plant enthusiast 😊
@@MyFellowFoliage Yes there are a few sellers with it atm and not being sold at the silly prices as the other new Hoya . Mine is super small but just so cute. I think it’s going to become my favourite. Other new ones I love are sigillatis alas river and Manipurensis. I like a lot of the thin leaf Hoyas and small leafs varieties but love all the multiflora forms as well . Really I love them all🤭 and always trying to fit another one in. But the cold snap is not my friend atm I always look forward to your content and especially your Hoya content🪴
Your video was missing from my YT subscription feed! Thanks for making a post on Instagram! I need to admit that I killed my H. Curtisii 😞 Would love to get it in the future and try again! Loved the other hoyas in the video! One of my fastest growers is the H. Krohniana Splash. It just wont stop growing!!!
Oh thanks for letting me know! I've posted on my community tab just in case it's happened for others. Don't worry I've killed many Hoyas in my time. It's all part of the process! (That's what I tell myself anyway 😅) I haven't seen the splash version of the krohniana but I can imagine it's a beautiful plant! Thanks for sharing xx
Let’s see all my hoyas are like two leaders still, but I only recently acquired most of them. I think so far my fastest growing hoya is my polyneura silver. I love silver hoyas, although they don’t always love me back. My nova ghost has not grown at all yet, but it hasn’t been a year yet lol. It has roots, but no leaves yet. Changing all my hoyas into pon, and seeing if that makes them more happy.
They do take awhile to do anything but once they get into a rhythm, things get very exciting for hoyas! I find silver hoyas grow a tad slower but they are beautiful indeed. That's a good point about pon - I find that the weight of pon does wonders for hoya root systems :)
My fastest ones has to linearis, Bella anneka buis, fungii! I found that my Chelsea doesn't grow as fast as I want it to, it probably needs more light than I am giving it. Honestly all Hoyas seem to grow at a decent rate if you give it enough light
Oh yes totally agree about the linearis and bella! And of course, the lighting situation as well but I find there are some that still take their own sweet time even if I do give it lots of light - I'm looking at my hoya macrophylla albomarginata 😂
I think I actually like all kinds of Hoya leaves… I like to have a mix of them though… not too many of the same shape/colour/size just a few of all kinds I really like having variation (Though unlike most people I am less into the veiny finlaysonii style types) Fastest growing… Hmm… Carrii Chinghungensis Crassipetiolata splash Curtisii Fitchii GFM-03 Lacunosa (all types) Peltata Retusa Variegated Walliniana
Tanaman gantung cantik sekali 👍 infonya bermanfaat trimakasih 🙏

Great video!
Thanks for the visit
I'm a huge sucker for smaller leaf hoyas and silvery foliage!
Just found you, please continue doing videos
Thank you for your support Doreen! X
