Thank you for posting this video because I was a little confused about the different types of wigs that are worn.
I don't wear wigs, extensions or weaves but I do watch videos of those who do because I sometimes find them fascinating.
My hair is down to my waist so I wanted to see what I would look like with short hair or dyed hair without cutting or dyeing my hair.
However I backed away from using any one of the ones mentioned because they just seemed time consuming to use or they looked like hair hats on the women in the videos.
Now that you have explained the difference between a couple of options that held my interest, I feel comfortable searching for them and trying out a few out for the fun of it. So thanks.🙄

I've dyed my hair red before, many moons ago. I would love to do purple but I haven't dyed my hair in years because of thinning and breakage. Don't want to do any more damage to my hair and wigs and extensions would be an alternative.

Lol. I've been all shades of blonde. I've been auburn, red, purple, blue/green! It's been fun but I've always came back to my natural color which is black.. as far as what color you should try next.. I think you'd be gorgeous with a champagne pink color. Nothing too bright, but very seldom for a pink ish time. I know you'd pull that off flawlessly. i just recently dyed my hair purple it came out really nice but the only thing about it is that my hair feels weird and im natural so my curly pattern is a little different now but im goin back to my weaves now for awhile for sure..... and thx for all u do MAYA, u really help us out with everything. Maya, can you do a video on dying your hair? I remember a few years ago you did a video with 4 of your friends and how each washes their hair differently. I review synthetic wigs all the time and I wear them almost everyday to work and people can't tell it's a wig until I tell them. Thanks for sharing your input. Ily I've been rocking with you for so many years! My hair now is titanium from a hooker red shade. Talk about damage. But I love it. 😁❤

Vanessa Williams I use the cobs in my wigs. For the most part I never have issues with them shifting on me because I adjust it to fit my head and use the combs. On days that I don't want to use the combs I use a wig band that wraps around the hairline and keeps that wig in place. 😁😁

I was a combo hot pink and like periwinkle blue(by accident) and it was cute for a bit, my all time fave is bright red and lavender on me. Im brown right now and getting so bored and it's short like yours, so ready for it to be long and I have trouble with wigs because I have a small head,. I went to try on wigs one day and none of them fit lol the lady said yeah you need to get them custom sized, she had the same issue. Sucks... Oh well, thanks for sharing the different styles. I loved the green or purple on you for fun colors, like you as natural as well. :)
