He’s 100% right. I had to stop using moisturizer at night because I have very sensitive skin and everything irritated it. I could only use one product- a tinted moisturizer that for some reason, my skin didn’t react to. I didn’t want to use that at night, so I just washed my face every night with a gentle, chemical free cleanser. After a few weeks of not moisturizing at night, I noticed an improvement in the look and texture of my skin. It was as if my skin was "relearning" how to self regulate and stay moist. Before that, I had what I thought was very dry skin. I haven't moisturized at night for several years now, and my skin is smooth and healthy-and I'm in my 40's.

No disrespect but used your common sense. You apply moisturizer 2hrs before bed time so that A, your products can absorb into your skin and B, the moisturizer can help lock in the skin barrier. Some stuff are common sense. If you apply moisturizer within 2 hrs or let say you lay on your pillow after you apply the moisturizer. you are wasting the products. Most likely the product will be on your pillow vs the face. Sure you might have some product on your pillow after 2hrs but it will be less than, if you go to bed right away. Please used your brain cells.

Hello Dr. V, lot's of love from India🇮🇳 ❤
Can you please do a Dermafique products review !! I'll be very greatful
Whether I put a moisturizer or not my skin is always greasy asf after waking up
Tbh I agree with him. Moisturising my face twice a day is too much and gives me acne. Wash twice a day and moisturise only in the morning.
You could just not use a cleanser in the AM. Just rinse your face with water or use an oil based cleanser like the DHC oil rinse.
Dr. V ever since I bought your products my skin has NEVER looked better. I just can't seem to get my hands on your SPF. 😁
Sir, if you wash your face before bed you don't need to worry about dead skin cells being trapped on the face.
As they regerate, come to the surface, and try to fall off they might get stuck- especially if you use an eclusive moisturizer. But washing your face in the morning would remove all of it. Does he think our moisturizer is made of super glue???
I live in a 9% humidity country!
Dr. V please recommend beginner frndly chemical exfoliation for oily acne prone ..that easily available in Indian market

I have girl crush on you..you are awesome and an inspiration
Love me some dr v
Who is this guy?
Ain't no body gonna tell me to stop moisturising at night.. period
Hi Dr. V! Is there a reference video explaining the benefits of applying moisturizer 2 hours before bed instead of right before?
No disrespect but used your common sense. You apply moisturizer 2hrs before bed time so that A, your products can absorb into your skin and B, the moisturizer can help lock in the skin barrier. Some stuff are common sense. If you apply moisturizer within 2 hrs or let say you lay on your pillow after you apply the moisturizer. you are wasting the products. Most likely the product will be on your pillow vs the face. Sure you might have some product on your pillow after 2hrs but it will be less than, if you go to bed right away. Please used your brain cells.
Are freckles hard to budge? I have been using Ur pigmentation kit and sunscreen for 3 months to find no change.
It may take 6 months to start seeing an improvement and you need to wear SPF50 every 2 hrs or it won't shift x
