Good call on Spider-Man (Miles Morales) basic ally card. I always use him for the put in play incentive. Especially Thwart. He’s one of the most valuable for cost.
I just bought this hero pack for $9 at Barnes and Noble. Call the retail locations near you, and ask them if any of the hero packs and scenario packs are on “last chance sale”. They have to psychically scan the items. They were very nice about it.
I would definitely watch when you also create a similar series for Too Many Bones gearlocs!
And those Knife Leaps wouldn't have cost you anything since the cost is reduced by the number of vengeance counters on Drax. 🙂 Thanks for the video! That deck seemed to work very nicely to set up Drax!
Drax is another hero that I house rule. I think he unfairly doesn't have a Setup (at least for what I want out of my heroes). My setup is to search the discard pile and deck for DWI Theet Mastery and put it in your hand -- very similar to the setup for other heroes.
I always forget that with knife leap lol.
Playing this against Nebula, and it's a chore. 🤕

Cool video, loving this series. What's your opinion on Sidestep over Subdue? One seems strictly better than the other. And with 3 Barriers, any consideration for 1 or 2 Repurpose?
Yeah Sidestep could easily work here. For sure. And I am not huge into repurpose for him. I think you could get it to work but I haven't really used it with him yet. It is definitely worth the try in the future and see how it goes though.
any particular reason you chose subdue over any of the other defense events? side step seems to work the most similarly but can also ping damage and is considered a defense which could help synergize with other cards. but maybe i still haven't figured out what's useful for subdue in solo
Nah no reason. There isn't really anything (from what i remember now) that I was synergizing with defense cards and Drax. Unless I am missing something obvious this morning (haven't had coffee yet). So you can use other cards like side step if you want.
Who would you say is your favourite guardian hero to play and who would be the strongest? (excluding Agent Venom because I feel like he would be the strongest by default)
