I went to Dishoom at Covent Garden for dinner a few weeks ago, the food was lovely and the staff very helpful on recommending wha tot order to suit your taste. Even better that my work paid for it 😁

The Indian twist on the food is so good, just takes your average sausage eggs beans and toast to a whole new level.

Ah...Dishoon. My favourite Indian restaurant chain...their breakfast menu is in my opinion one of the best in London...and what you ordered DJ is exactly what i would order...as for the codfee?...one of the best in London hands down.

I went to Dishoom Kensington back in 2018, and had The Big Bombay breakfast. It looks like the menu has changed slightly as the one I had come with masala scrambled egg, which is not listed now (and was delicious!). Anyway, the decor was amazing: 1930s art deco. As you said, the service was amazing! The food.........off the charts! Your video has made me want to go back! Thanks DJ.

This vlog is a great find.I am about the same age, retired, ride a BMW GS, and like you, I suspect have nothing to prove. The delivery of the content is more than perfect. Quiet, honest, knowledgable with a hint of cheeky chappie. Your presentation or image could be a bit intimidating to an old lady but it really suits your style. You are not afraid to remove service charge and tell them when it's not deserved ....perfect.Not normally impressed with the 'Mike Read ' Cockney smart arse way, but you do none of that. Long may you continue, oh and the Ducati does you no harm ! Thanks.Big Fan.

Hi Darren ….that looked delicious mate …I’m from yorkshire and me and my other half went to a pub near us that got bought by Indians …..called the rock ..it’s not a pub anymore but they do a breakfast like you said ,with slight hints of possible Indian food influences…very clean with nice people that own it ….if your ever up near leeds /glasshoughton ,you’ll have to try it bud ….it’s just outside of castleford …take care mate ,always follow you when I can👍👍🍺
The first ever 10 outa 10 I gave was a desi breakfast. It was absolutely amazing taste sensation knocked our English breakfast outa the park .this looked exceptional too it's great when the foods like that gives you a nice buzz for day

I’m only 4:40 in.. and that food looks absolutely delicious, really really top drawer, light years away from that last cafe you did with the jam jar of beans and the tiny banger 😂 I know you were fond of the girls in there their hospitality, and the food tasted good but this place looks light years ahead mate.

One of our favorite restaurants. There is a Dishoom in Edinburgh off St. Andrews Square that is fabulous, reservations are strongly recommended! Bottomless porridge with fresh fruit is delicious. Well staffed, friendly, great service. Glad you loved it as well!

Little oil or non if really good non stick pan, crack in egg let the white cook until its white (low medium heat) then put a few splashes of water in the pan and stick a lid on until the yolk goes opaque. Job done ❤
@@SteveW1985Only recently started cooking eggs like this. A plate over the fried egg(s)pot or pan works well too. You described the process beautifully.

He actually knew what was on the menu, His Excellent Customer Rapport was really Incredible. It really did look, like a very Beautiful Breakfast cooked to Perfection. I really liked seeing, them come back to your table, and asked if everything was alright. Good Customer Service, really does make your visit and such a Great Atmosphere, it makes You DJ, feel really Welcome and Comfortable. Yes, DJ this was Off the Charts with the Whole Experience. Not sure about the decorated plate but the food itself looked absolutely top of the shop . Dishoom definitely added to my list of "must try" places to eat.

Been looking at this place since it opened and wasn't sure whether to try it out considering the amount of disappointments I've had eating out at Canary Wharf. But you know what mate? I really enjoy their breakfast. As much as I love a full English the breakfast is realy good at Dishoom.
We were at Kings Cross a few weeks ago for breakfast - amazing food and top notch service - good to see this is replicated at Canary Wharf.
The breakfast looked lovely, the chill cheese toast and eggs were the star of the show. At least you had decent sized sausages this time and good hospitality, which shouldn’t be but is always a bonus.
Dishoom, Granary Square (King's Cross) also amazing service, gorgeous food, had to queue as it was early evening but we'll worth it 😅❤

When we go to Dishroom when we visit London, I have the Bacon and Sausage Naan it is excellent and brilliant service👍

The thought of that at first had me saying "ABSOLUTELY NOT", but when I saw it it was really appetising and I said "OH YEAH". The only thing for me was that the sausages looked a tad under done. But yet again another quality vlog DJ. 👍
Without the sausages two eggs on toast ten quid that’s a bit steep.

Hiya Darren. Well we all break our fast in different ways. That young guy, a people person. Able to help with your choice of food and giving you some insights. My one concern 🤔didn't write a single word down. Shall see how it goes. Yep got what you said, so we'll done young man. Why garnish baked beans?? Eggs very well prepared and presented. A fine looking banger or two. Cheese on toast +++ and not a scrap left or wasted. The price including the extras brilliant and fair. Looking forward to seeing you trying other things on the menu ( lunch time /dinner time. The question? Service Charge?? Allan&Family

At last, somewhere I've also been and enjoyed. A nice change to a full English although I prefer my snags to be more charred.
I think I was a little unfair on the last breakfast place you ate at because they only gave one small snag for the price - I guess I need to remember London prices.
