What did you say the price was for all that food? Flaming heck mate, that's the price for a bag of crisps in London. I must start looking for trips, it might cost a bit to get there but if I find a nice hotel its all worth it and balances out the whole cost too. Normally Thai breakfast could be just a normal daily meals but we do prefer Rice porridge with Patongo (Thai Donuts)(my flavorist is Rice Porridge (Congee) With Century Egg and Pork with soy and vinegar sauce ) or coffee with half boiled egg and Patongo. Try to find 'a cooked to you order stalls' that cook to your favorite taste near by ,then you'll have your own chief to cook various Thai dishes for you. To understand Thai way of ordering food . I recommend to watch at Pailin's Kitchen youtuber on "How to Order Thai Food LIKE A THAI!" . Welcome to Thailand Krub.
I know different cultures eat different things at various times but i just couldn't stomach that first thing in the morning. Im a bit of a lightweight in the morning, i can only take, toast, cereal or a granola bowl. It did look nice though 👍
Noodle in Thailand usually come with condiment like sugar, chili flakes, vinegar, fish sauce(not the same as chili fish sauce). You can try to put it to your liking.

Lovely looking breakfast,and I think chopsticks is always the way to go with noodles. That is a much healthier breakfast than a fry up. I think maybe your internal clock hasn’t quite set it self to Thai time yet as you are waking so early, I’m sure it will get better soon.😊

Yes and no. Those red chillis can cause a lot of medical issues, some serious, if you aren’t used to them or start having a lot more than you are used to. Ulcers for one.

Darren your in Thailand 🇹🇭 and I see how much you love your food I actually love the Thai porridge 🥣 called Jok you can have it with pork and a sauce it’s there staple diet Kia jell which is a thai omelet with cow white rice cucumber and maggi sauce that noodle soup is nice but it’s lovely for lunch the bean sprouts 🌱 have so much protein Darren I love it with a boiled egg cut in half thrown in but still a little runny yummy
