    Get a servo buddy and your FI (fuel injection) or (fuel indicator) light will be gone! It’s definitely the tune that’s causing that lag. You need a power commander and download the map for your bike, year, and exhaust set-up! Had the exact same issues with my GSXR and those were the things I did to fix the issues. You’re having those issues because the cat is gone. Always do the regular maintenance things; i.e. spark plugs, tires, oil, coolant etc when you purchase a used and/or older bike.

    • @RandysReality
      @RandysReality  4 года назад +3

      Already did that! Except the plugs. I’ll do that next season. My bike already got a PC5 in it with a map loaded

    Very nice man! I bought my first motorcycle back in February... I grew up riding dirtbikes since I was a kid right up until last year at age 42 when I sold my KX500... That made the transition so easy for me. I bought a low mile, mint, and very rare in the US, 2008 Suzuki GSX650F that only had one previous owner. I'm the second, obviously. It's a great bike, but you'd be shocked at the weight... It's an almost unbelievable 531 pounds wet! You can Google it like I tell people who don't seem to believe it lol. I had no problem with the weight. Obviously it's no 9 or 10 second sportbike, but it's a 656cc I-4 that revs to 12,500 rpm. It can go to 12,700 rpm before hitting the limiter. Stock, it has 85 HP / 45.5 LB-FT. It does 0-60 in the mid 3's, and it runs 11.9 @ 110 and change in the 1/4 mile. It has a governed top speed of 135 mph. Not bad for a heavy 650. Back to your bike... Your 750 is incredible man! Great camera footage too!! I will be upgrading probably next year. I'm looking into a 2020+ BMW S1000RR, or a 2021+ Aprilia RSV4... I'll decide then. Sorry for the long comment. I'll subscribe after this comment.

      Not being bias on anything but you can’t go wrong with a 2020+ BMW S1000RR best bang for your buck. Weighs around 430-440 lbs I believe with a crazy amount of power and tech! I’m still getting used to mine. Thanks for the comment and Sub I’ll have some more gixxer videos coming soon! ‼️🤝🏾🫡

    When you talk about half throttle at, say, 9,000 RPM, please know that that might be enough throttle to fill the cylinders almost to capacity, so it’s not like the bike is at half power with half throttle.
    Many bikes come with secondary throttle blades to guard against riders opening the primary throttle blades to an excessive angle.
    When you’re at 2,000 RPM and you open the throttle, say, 1/8th of the way, don’t kid yourself that the remaining 7/8ths of the throttle will do much of anything more other than to slow the velocity of the intake charge.
    Throttle angle percentage correlates to air flow percentage only at very high RPM.

    Nice review on the new bike! It sound good! Feel the GSXR has more bottom end grunt over the CBR. You are right about the CBR’s cornering ability. It feels lighter in that aspect. Easily fixed on the GXSR with suspension tuning and weight reduction.

      It’s Me Eric B Thanks bro! It definitely has a noticeable difference in power down low and of course up top even though I have yet to test out up top just yet. That’s coming! I think I’m gonna get her set up for me and get it tuned, all restrictions removed with a QS! Not too sure what kind of tune the PC5 has in it but it’s definitely way different than hunters 750 video coming soon of that as well!

      @RandysReality  Год назад +1

      Thanks for watching‼️ I feel if you know some of the basics of riding and have rode a Dirtbike or some sort of bike you could handle a 750. The GSX-R’s from 06 to current day have power modes that control the throttle response that could help newer riders but, I started on a 600 so I know it’s possible as long as you respect what you’re on

    • @andresnieto37
      @andresnieto37 Год назад

      @@RandysReality Absolutely! Wheelies and that stuff are NOT what I want to do (I see videos of people crashing every time on YT and I always think WHY do they do that). I respect every bike and I know the power it has, even a small one. I have basic skills because I learned with the bike of a cousin and I tried double-purpose ones some time ago, but I haven't been able to buy my first one yet and I have quite some time without riding. I feel like I want a bike that is specifically for riding on tarmac, and for getting from place to place. Obviously, long, fun rides are included. But I think that considering my skills, the best option would be to consider a 200-cc or 300-cc bike until I get used to riding every day and I learn more driving skills, rememeber that safety is first.

    at 6min 50 sec into video ,friend..you could have stuck your left arm out and touched those oncoming cars ,youre hanging by the yellow line while oncoming cars are coming which is a red flag .. half those people are texting and if they swerve just a tiny bit they will smash into you. . Better off riding it like a moped all the way to the right until those oncoming cars pass. you have more room that way and are out of range .../ that gsxr 750 has 126 rear wheel horsepower . I have a 2017 gsxr 750 and on the dyno when it was stock is 126 rear wheel horse.

      Finance Fox No not really I’ve had some state troopers tell I group of us that “most of them
      won’t even bother pulling out if someone is going fast past them. But I’ve been pulled over before but was given a warning and was thanked for pulling over by the cop because most sport bikes don’t pull over!

      For the amount of $ you would have to put into a 600 to get near the 750, you're much better off with the 750 off the bat. Its on paper bro, 150HP vs 124..cmon man? Did you leave something out?

      A gsxr 600 with full exhaust and tune would be lucky to make 111 whp. A 750 with same mods will be between 125-130. It's a big difference

      @@86250r HP barely matters, racing isn’t all about HP there’s many different factors to a race. You can look up videos of 600s beating 750s tho lol 636s also make 120 ish ... those are also 750 killers LOL and people have the nerve to say 750s can’t stand next to 1000s
