Keep in mind that cops who watch this channel, go to the courses, call in to ask questions, etc are probably the ones that want to be better at what they do instead of others who's laziness and ego disrespect the badge.

Yes indeed, cops do need training like this because the law suits of search and seizure is off the rockers because people now are getting more smarter about the laws now and their waiting on cops to violate their rights because people are real desperate for money now.,I know some cops that’s good friends of mine don’t even know themselves when I quote out laws to them, they are dumb founded.

Wait , they did not teach this in the acadamy ? GREAT. The Chevy Chase analogy blew your reasoning out the water 😂 Just tell the truth , make something up.

So, in other words, try to find reasons to violate every driver's 4th Amendment rights.

I hate that cops pull you out and cuff you just to talk. BS

Or the cops will just make stuff up "You made/didn't make eye contact" "Based on my training and experience, people with contraband have dirty/clean cars" You seem nervous (everybody is nervous when pulled over by cops), You are too agressive/passive. A guy was arrested because a cop asked him to leave a store and not make a scene and go outside to talk, He was assumed guilty because he didn't make a scene.

Literally driving the speed limit is probable cause to these vagabonds

@@gfy2979 I did see a you tube where the cop said he was looking for people who drove within 1-2 MPH below the speed limit, because "based on my training and experience, they are trying to fly under the radar", they literally took a knife to his seats and carpets to find all the nothing illegal in the car. He then admitted when he let the guy go (on cop cam) This happens probably 80-90% of the time. The cops probably did 5-10K worth of damage to the interior of the car.

@@bleebu5448 If true this "officer" should be required to pay for damages or be vigorously prosecuted for vandalism.

      Welcome to the channel trolls.
Makes perfect sense to talk about how bad cops are on a channel where cops listen to ensure they are operating within their legal authority.

Advice for new officers should be “suspicious activity/ suspicion” is not a crime! And doesn’t require a citizen to identify themselves!
And don’t become a crackhead for ID’s like the rest of the ignorant police officers on the force throughout the country! This is America the land of the FREE! So don’t violate citizens RIGHT!
The best advice you can get!
